   The service provided by Poppy was outstanding. The host staff was polite and personable. The food was prepared to our requests and was delicious. We are looking forward to returning soon.

   Restaurant was very nice ,staff were very professional and helpful .We ate breakfast and dinners while staying here .breakfast buffet had wide variety and was very good ,prime rib was delicious at dinner .Overall great experience. The fried chicken dinner was excellent also ! Everyone we encountered was very friendly and professional.

   What a great place for dinner after a long day at Dollywood theme park. It was relatively quiet, and the tables were large and booths were cozy. The charcuterie board was large and filling, and the short rib with grits and broccolini was beyond delicious. Topping it off was the panna cotta and a huge portion of strawberry shortcake. Wait staff was attentive in the right way - not checking on you every five seconds but never an empty glass or plate on the table. Would absolutely recommend a meal here if staying at either of the Dolly Parton resorts!

   If you stay at Heart Song resort this is a must try. Breakfast buffet or Dinner is sure to please. The staff is amazing and so nice. The food is perfectly prepared and they will do anything to make you feel welcome.

   Dinner was great! My husband had the prime rib and I had the salmon and we were both very pleased. Lulu was our server and she was great! She told us about the most popular items and explained about the desserts options too. The manager was also great. He checked on our meals and made sure we had everything we needed a couple of times. We will definitely be back again!

    I ate here for Easter dinner it was fixed price for 3 courses. Good food good presentation great staff !
