   Excellent food and friendly, attentive service. We had fork tender short ribs and just-right-spiced shrimp and grits. Our waiter, Pastor, was helpful and efficient. Doug, the manager, stopped at the table a couple of times to see how we were enjoying our experience. All in all, we would highly recommend Ember and Elm!

   We went for Mothers Day so menu was limited. My wife had shrimp scampi and I had the steak dish. Steak, potatoes and carrots were delicious. Shrimp were cooked perfectly but pasta lacked flavor. Server was excellent. We both had Pavlova for dessert - great choice. Was incredible.

   We have dined at this restaurant on several occasions and every time the service and food are excellent. The host staff is always friendly and accommodating.

   Incredible experience following an incredible day at Dollywood! Highly recommend the following: 1. Ask for Lulu, she’s an incredible server and kept conversation engaging and had awesome recommendations! 2. Order the deviled eggs 3 ways! 3. Don’t leave without trying the bread pudding! All the drinks are great but the service was unparalleled !

   The food was really good. We had the breakfast buffet with made to order eggs. The staff were very friendly and energetic. Overall a wonderful experience.

   The service provided by Poppy was outstanding. The host staff was polite and personable. The food was prepared to our requests and was delicious. We are looking forward to returning soon.

   Restaurant was very nice ,staff were very professional and helpful .We ate breakfast and dinners while staying here .breakfast buffet had wide variety and was very good ,prime rib was delicious at dinner .Overall great experience. The fried chicken dinner was excellent also ! Everyone we encountered was very friendly and professional.
