   The service was very slow, and not particularly friendly either. The food was average for the prices they charge. The coffee was very good so we would return to have coffee.

   I paid $36 for eggs on toast with 2 sides and a coffee. The side of tomatoes was sliced cold tomato on a plate, The waitress had asked whether we wanted our toast buttered, which we said yes to, and it came out without butter. Everything about this experience was disappointing apart from the nice interior fit out.

   I love going to Elster and have never had a problem. Yesterday, I found two hairs in my food. The issue was dealt with respectfully from both sides and an adjustment on my bill was taken care of. I do enjoy going there; the atmosphere is nice and it was quite because of the holidays.

   Elster is a great spot for coffee, brunch and getting together. Friendly team who were attentive and accommodating.

   Really good breakfast experience at Elster. Service was great from the moment we walked in. Food was also very good.

   Attentive service, great food. A tad too noisy (Sunday arvo, busy). Please turn music down!

    The place itself is really nice but the food has nothing special. We had to wait half an hour to be served our food.
