   Brought my partner here for her birthday dinner and was left pleasantly surprised with the quality of food and how it was served. Commendable efforts on ensuring no food was wasted and that an ingredient could be used in such unique ways. Only drawback was that no outside cake was allowed for consumption and there was no special cake/cupcake/any sort of desserts served other than the stated menu despite it being a special occasion.

   Chef Nathan and the team are creating a very unique restaurant here in Brisbane. The food was delicious, unique and respectful to the region albeit inspired by the Nordics, it was a great experience. The wines that were recommended to us by the attentive wait staff were also spectacular. Thank you for making an enjoyable meal for us ❤️

   A superb dining experience. Bold and complex flavours throughout, with each dish cleverly linked to the autumnal degustation theme. Immaculately presented. Excellent service, highly recommend!

   Just wasn’t my sort of food. They obviously tried and put alot of effort into their meals but I didn’t enjoy the flavours or journey.

   The best fine dining restaurant in Brisbane. A bit pricey but the quality of ingredients, service and dishes are fantastic. Can’t wait to visit Elska again.

   We arrived and declared a shellfish allergy ( sorry) with a heavy shellfish menu you guys pivoted without fuss and provided a seamless substitute- SO professional, Thankyou
