Reserved a table for thanksgiving. Seated and waited for 30 mins just to tell us that they ran out of the Turkey & Ham that was supposed to be the Thanksgiving meal. We travelled from Oklahoma for nothing 😂 We were with our kids and all of us were starving ended up leaving and we had a hard time finding a restaurant that was open on Thanksgiving at 7pm. So thanks to that.

Worst thanksgiving ever. Decided to try their thanksgiving experience and reserved for me and my family. Got there on time for a good thanksgiving dinner. After 15 min a waitress told us they didn’t have thanksgiving menu left for the day so they would have to offer regular starters. Regardless, we decided to stay. 20 more minutes after, another waiter comes by to say they would be taking longer than usual to serve us any kind of food. Should have paid closer attention to some of the recent reviews. We ordered, but most of the food never came. Chili arrived, but was super bland. About an hour after we ordered, when they finally brought the burger (which was honestly pretty good) the waitress looked around and couldn't figure out why the rest of the food wasn't already on our table. We told her we'd just like our bill, and she comped the entire thing. She was a pleasure and seemed to be waiting on all of the tables and tending bar. They are just incredibly under-staffed, I suppose. But, I wouldn't bother going (at least, to eat) until they get that fixed.

Made a reservation here and was very excited for the ambience and food. As we arrived it was completely empty, except for a couple sitting in the middle of the dining room making out. We sat down and ordered drinks and it was extremely awkward. The couple continued to make out this entire time so we decided to close out and get dinner elsewhere.

I had the crab stuffed shrimp. Flavor was great. Shrimp a little over done. My friend has the pulled beef sandwich and she loved it. Great little place while we were in Dallas

While the restaurant was visually appealing, the food was overpriced for what we received. For example, we started with the green beans which were overly charred. Also got the cowboy salad with steak. Steak was a rectangle on a plate, well done, with a salad. Never seen it presented this way and the steak was too tough to cut. Maybe an off night but will be a while before we try it again.

I got sick from the tacos, not sure how well the meat was prepared, stuffed shrimp had no flavor, and the truffled fries we ordered were not truffled. Very mediocre food and bland. Espresso martini was a hit though!

We went for brunch so the noise level was low. Everything was great. The only issue I had was the lack of parking options, which, I suppose, is common for downtown, but still is an issue.

I had gone there with as a group of 4 for brunch. We sat on the cute patio. The drinks were good, enjoyed the strawberry mimosa and the iced coffee. I had ordered the chicken and waffles, and they were ok, nothing special about either the chicken or the waffles. The waffles looked and tasted like make your own waffles you would find at a hotel, and the chicken just looked like chicken tenders. My friend got an egg dish that he didn't like, he felt a little quesy eating them. My other friend ordered a Mac and cheese pancake. I've never seen it before. She didn't like it. My last friend ordered an omelet which he thought was OK, but it took them a while to determine they did not have rye bread. Also the toast was not really toast, more like lukewarm bread. The service seemed slow as well. The staff was very friendly. It is also very convenient if you are staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. From a noise standpoint it was fine in the restaurant itself, just annoying whenever a self conscious motorcyclist would need to compensate for his inadequacies (IYKWM) I think if you acknowledge that is is a hotel restaurant and don't set your expectations super high, you can probably find something that is adequate, I just think there might be better brunch places around.

We were disappointed. We were visiting Dallas and looking for a nice relaxing dinner. With a reservation at 6:30 on a Saturday evening, the restaurant wasn’t busy, but we felt rushed and were out the door in one hour. We liked the gumbo fritter appetizers. The fresh catch of the day seemed like a very common farm raised salmon although it was prepared well with garlic mashed potatoes and colorful carrots. The bourbon flight was very good. The biggest disappointment was the peach cobbler; hardly any peaches and lots of cake.

Our server Ana was exceptional! She helped our with deciding on food choices but giving very accurate descriptions for us to help us decide. She was very friendly and made sure we enjoyed the food we ended up picking. Ambience is great. Good brunch place!!

Table/booth tables were the only options for seating. Service was very slow. Ordered the tacos and the tortillas were rubbery. My friend tried to order 2 different drinks on menu- but they were ‘out’. Guacamole that I paid extra for wasn’t fresh- a paste. Took too long for check and to pay- but restaurant not even half full and staff just standing around. No restroom- had to go outside….inside building commercial building. Would not go here again. Also received an email after to confirm I showed up. I’ve never had that happen.

Space is okay. Weird set up between bar and main dining room. Sat at the bar. Bar service was okay. Not overly friendly or informative. Food was slow to come out…tacos and a salad for the two of us. Tacos were good. Salad was made wrong and ended up getting comp’ed. We were on our way to Stars game and parking is free at the Hilton Garden Inn when purchasing food at ElmCreek, so we opted in and hoofed it 1 mile to AAC. Easy walk.

I really appreciate how attentive and professional the staff was from the time my guest and I arrived until we left. We just got an appetizer and drinks. I asked the waitress if the crisp green beans were like fried green beans and she said yes but they definitely were not. Luckily, they were delicious and so were the drinks. Drinks were pricey for the size I thought but they were good. It’s not a super dressy place but the ambience is nice. Not too loud either except for maybe when a game is on at the bar 😉 overall good experience though

We misjudged our time and arrived 20 minutes before our reserved time and were seated immediately. Friendly service, tasty and generous portions, nice atmosphere. We always eat here before seeing shows at the Majestic Theater.

Host and waitress were nice. Our waitress was not 21, so she could not recommend drinks. Our food was okay. We had to battle giant fruit fly ninjas during our entire dinner. Very uneventful New Year dinner.

It was Christmas day, from the host to our server, and everyone in between and around, the service was impeccable. My mom just started chemo recently and preferred to be seated somewhere away and we forgot to make that request when making the reservation. They were quick to accommodate and continued their top-notch service throughout the rest of the meal. All the food was OK and definitely better than average. If anything, the prime rib was quite the tough chew. Everything else was very good. My mom left Happy, and really at the end of the day, that’s all that mattered. Thank you and your staff for providing such exceptional service throughout the entire restaurant. Others should most definitely take your examples and standards.
