This Hazy IPA is slightly sweeter, slightly boozier and all American. Yes, we obsessed over this brew, but we're sure you'll be addicted to it's perfect balance of flavor and style. We finish this crazy hazy delight with a touch of wheat that produces a lighter look and feel.
Granted Amber Ale 8.0% ABV Champlin, Minnesota
Like taking candy from a baby. Named for our brewmaster, who we admit is a bit crazy, this is the one we'll be famous for. Sweet, dark and delicious thanks to – wait for it - 100 lbs. of rock candy and oak spirals that add a vanilla note that is simply amazing.
Platinum Blonde Ale 4.7% ABV Champlin, Minnesota
Classically Minnesotan. Bright, beautiful and delicious. This breezy, light brew tastes like cruising the lake on a perfect summer day. Slightly lower alcohol makes this the perfect choice to relax and enjoy no matter the weather.
7-10 Split 5.8% ABV Champlin, Minnesota
German-Inspired with a taste that'll bowl you over. For almost 100 years, Dortmunder Export was Germany's favorite beer. We've reimagined it, with German-style Huell Melon hops and custom-made water with the same mineral profile as in the old country.

Dark, deep and still. So many childhood memories surround the Champlin Mill Pond, including long summer days spent fishing and hot nights seeing fireworks reflected in it's still waters, produced this deeply caramel London-style brew. Darkly flavored with a subtle coffee tone.
Crooked Smile Double IPA Champlin, Minnesota
Double the IPA with double the meaning–twin tributes to our brewmaster's father, who's own smile had a bit of a crook to it, and to your own, after you enjoy the double the hops, double the "dank" and double the enjoyment of everything that makes an IPA so delicious.

Phenomenal beer, phenomenal ambiance. Laid back, great service, and awesome rotation of food trucks, events, and take-home Crowlers!!! I wish I lived closer because I would be here every other night.

Such a nice experience at Elm Vreek Brewing. The service is fantastic, there is a great selection of beer, and everything we've tried has been very good. Outdoor space is great, and we and our puppy enjoy it!

Nice open air seating with large doors which they had open on the day we were there. Good for them for taking a huge risk during the pandemic to open! Beer was great! Nice selection. No food available but I believe you can bring in food?

Only one complaint. I have been there 3 times. 2 out of 3 they never asked for my ID. The one time I didn't have an ID was because I road my bike there and because I didn't have my ID they wouldn't serve me. I am almost 60 years old. So I left and gave my business to Clives. I "get" the ID thing but like I said, I'm almost 60 so obviously not a minor.
