Elliot’s Steakhouse was interesting experience. The decor, ambience and service were all excellent. It made for a pleasant evening, overall and saved this review from being 2 stars. The appetizers were fine: Caesar salads were good, and the French onion soup was delicious but only warm… not hot. Main courses were cooked well… although we always order steak medium… knowing they’ll come out medium rare which was the case. Steaks were a little salty but that is to be expected. Buttered potatoes were more like butter with a side of potatoes… tasted and looked like box made. One of the main issues was blue cheese encrusted filet had a HAIR in it. Yes a hair. And considering my friends length of hair… it was definitely not his. Steak was comped but considering the size of our party, the shadow of doubt it cast on the rest of the meal, the bottles of wine we ordered and the profit margins had…. A comped steak for this egregious error was not enough. Cappuccinos were had as well as desert but no sugar or spoons provided for the coffees… Overall another example of an overpriced establishment that represents well, prices themselves as upscale but does not deliver. Most likely will not return.

I had the scallops appetizer, which was very tasty. For my main dish I tried the venison and was disappointed. It was tender, but the flavoring was not to my liking. Other than that, we had pleasant dining experience.

It was our 30th Wedding Anniversary and the staff and team were wonderful to us and made our special day amazing. The food was transcendent, it was so delicious. Everything was flavorful and cooked to perfection. Our waiter was so good. He checked in just enough but didn't intrude on our romantic dinner. The timing of the food service was spot on as well. Highly recommend for a special occasion or a night to enjoy excellent cuisine.

Everything about this place exudes elegance. We loved the food. We both had a steak, filet and ribeye. Both were cooked to perfection. We had the truffle mushrooms and grilled asparagus as our sides. Both were excellent. Each side was more than enough for 2 people. So if you like, you could get a single side dish for 2 people. Lots of cocktail, wine and bourbon choices. My only issue was how expensive everything was. So I’d go for special occasions only. Enjoyed ourselves!

The food was excellent. Our steak was cooked perfectly. The lobster bisque soup was probably the best I’ve ever had. This is a true five star restaurant. Don’t miss the opportunity to die in here!

2nd time to Elliott’s, enjoyed it once again.. I am simply baffled after traveling to the most expensive cities on earth, how expensive food is in the US. We live in AZ and last nights differ for 4 ppl, 2 cocktails each off the bar menu was $560 before $110 in tip so $167.50 per person… In 2025 I have significantly reduced by restaurant spend after I averted $5000/M in 2024. This is exactly the reason why… While the food is good, for that price we need to be in exceptional levels, and simply not seeing it around the US for the spend. Last night was our last time to Elliotts, and many of the previous go to places, simply can’t justify $60k per year after tax dollars for food in the US.. I wonder where these incredibly low food prices I keep hearing that we are now realizing? 🤔

Elliott’s Steakhouse is one of the best in the East Valley. From the minute you walk in, service is exemplary. The staff is great at timing the courses so you have time to enjoy your food without feeling rushed. Went with 3 couples and everyone raved about their appetizers & main courses.

Never disappoint always a great steak and chill in Seabass rocks as well. Service is always on Q. It’s our go to place in east valley for a great steak.
