Our server, Catherine was lovely! We enjoyed the Atlantic Salmon and Cauliflower Steak followed by a decadent chocolatey Opera Cake…backdropped view of the moonlight over the Atlantic ocean and a perfectly paired bottle of New Zealand “Te Muna” Craggy Range Sav Blanc! Delightful. All of the staff were gracious and helpful -we even had a visit from Michael Western the Food and Beverage Manager to tip the last splash of wine in our glasses! Music 🎶 from Founders Lounge was lively and yet moderate background to our evening dining. It was a truly magical evening at White Point!

We were really looking forward to our dinner at the dining room. The service was very slow. We ordered appetizers for the four of us which arrived and filled up the space on the table. About two minutes after that, our entrees arrived. We sent them back as there was no space in the table and we wanted to enjoy our appetizers first. More waiting. We ordered the lemon thing for dessert and it really wasn’t good at all - like a piece of thick gelatin that you could hardly cut. Besides the dessert, the food was quite good. Our waitress didn’t charge for the desserts or bread for appetizers which we appreciated. We are ate at The Quarterdeck for two weeks and had planned to dine at White Point two or three times. It was quite disappointing.

Steak was a bit fatty but good; chickpea mash was amazing. Beef brisket was excellent, as were roasted vegetables and carmelized onion mashed potatoes. Scallop appetizer and lobster croquettes were the perfect starters. The lemon curd dessert with coffee was the best way to end the meal.

Great dining experience. However. I understand casual dining but cannot understand allowing someone it have dinner in their bathrobe. Ridiculous.

Love the new menu. Had seafood stew and the halibut. Both were amazing. Suggestion for the banana bread French toast from breakfast though. It is a neat menu item, but too much, even for a sweet lover. Maybe serve with a drizzle of the maple syrup and put some on the side if wanted. Can’t wait to come back and try some other things!

Ordered two scallop risotto's. Both looked like moosh when brought to the table. I don't think a dash of salt was added but rather the entire dish was "rolled" in salt. Maybe one of the children that was visiting for Mother's Day weekend got back in the kitchen and was cooking ?? I can honestly say they missed the mark big time on price versus quality. This was no where near fine dining~

We were pleasantly surprised. We had horrible meals and service here in the past, but we heard about a new chef, so we decided to try again. We were greeted by the new service manager, who checked on us mid-way through the meal. The service was great, and the lamb shank and salmon meals were excellent!

Our server Bonnie was the best! Prompt without hovering. So kind to our 16 month old. Food was amazing. Highly recommend the wild mushroom fettuccine.
