   Hello, we had a wonderful relaxing dinner on the patio. The staff was friendly. But the pace of the meal was a little slow for soup and a entrée, we dined for two hours.

   Our server was inattentive and never checked to see how our meal was. Other people delivered the food and after that we didn’t get checked on until we were finished. My shrimp fra diablo was very tasty but my husband was not impressed with the tour of Italy dish he ordered. We had French onion soup which was ok. I think they forgot the croutons/ bread that is normally under the cheese layer. Ordered tiramisu to take back to the room and it was not as good as I remember from previous years. I could understand if it was busy as to why our server was not around to check on us but it seemed to be a slow night so as a former server there is no excuse for the inattentiveness of our server.

   Our second visit this month! My husband says the Penne Arabbiatta reminds him of our dinners in Italy. We will be back again soon.

   The fettuccine was barely cooked I could not chew it. And several tables were so loud and boisterous that we could not even hear each talk. They kept trying to take my soup bowl that I wanted to finish with my meal . And never offered a menu for dessert!!!!

   We are 6 friends that meet often for Friday dinner. It was our first time at Ellioti’s, and it did not disappoint. My husband had pasta arribiatta, and said it was excellent. I encourage everyone to order the tiramisu for dessert. We will definitely be returning!

   This Italian restaurant was excellent. Eagle beach area, nice decor and a violin player during dinner. The food was delicious with an excellent presentation. The waitress was attentive and helpful with the menu choices. Highly recommended

    We dined on Aruba Flag Day and the service was super friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and worth the price, which was reasonable for Aruba. The dessert was impeccable. We had the chocolate mousse cake and they decorated it with a handmade chocolate bunny face for Easter/Lenten celebration. We have eaten here before and glad to see it was just as good as we remembered. The Pollo Limon was outstanding, and the Tortelloni stuffed with cheese was good too.
