Ella's Public House
Bartender had an attitude. When we said we made a reservation through Open Table they said we did not, "they don't use Open Table". The staff was short handed so the service people took it out on the customers. Our hamburgers which wee ordered medium rare were well done. They place is small with no atmosphere inside. The outside tables sit on the parking lot and look onto parking spaces where cars are within 2' of the tables. (We prayed the drivers had good brakes and put the big pickup trucks into the right gear when leaving.) Very small wine list and beer was not cheap even though it should have been happy hours. Not our worst experience, ever, but close to it.
I think you may have gone somewhere else. None of what you have said in your review even comes close to describing Ella's Public House! We have a capacity of 207. Our decor consists of mostly Milwaukee beer history, including cream city brick from the Pabst Malt House and railings from the Schlitz Brewery circa 1890. The centerpiece of the room is a sunken fireplace and lounge. Parking is across the street except for ADA and motorcycle parking. We do use Open Table but not for reservations now.
