                                                  I was exciting to finally try this place but I was very disappointed.. The service was great and the ambiance is also fine but it was the most bland Italian food I've had in Nashville. Very overrated. I will not be returning

                                                  The service was amazing, as was the food. We ended up doing the family style meals, and added on one of the specials for the evening, which was a lemon ricotta ravioli, and it was to die for. Everything on the family style menu was absolutely delicious, including the amazing tiramisu dessert. We were concerned that there may not be enough food, but there was more than enough for the six of us and we actually took some as leftovers. This was my first trip to Nashville, and I would definitely come back to Ella’s again.

                                                  There was nothing special about the whole experience. Average food. Plastic salad bowls. Cheap decor. Server was nice but not quick to respond. It was all defined by the word “meh” even though it was promised to be great and special.
