   Great food. Service was a little slow but I think it was due to understaffing. It is rather noisy.

   A hidden gym off 2nd imo, an Unreal experience. Our waiter Matt set the tone early with his suggestions. 5 stars to him and the staff. The food was phenomenal and you better be sure to come hungry ! The portions were huge. I will be back so soon. Thanks Ella’s!

   Our experience was great. We had a table away from other customers, so we were able to "catch up". Our waitress could not have been any nicer and accommodating. The food was good, and the drinks were excellent. Would recommend it to others visiting Nashville

   Homemade mozzarella was great. Rest of meal was ok. A nicer hotel restaurant, but execution and presentation could be a bit better. Service and wine list by the glass were great.

   We came for the Mother’s Day Brunch and could not have been more pleased. The decor was earthy boho. The music in background was the right volume. The hostess was lovely as was our server Laurel. The buffet was delicious from the salads, sides, entrees to desserts. Even the gentleman who served from the carving station. And for all of that the price we were charged at the end enhanced our enjoyment of the experience. This was my 1st Mother’s Day without my own mom and as a new empty nester, so having a day like today was really nice. Thank you 😊

    It was okay. We made reservations for Mother’s Day. Food was good, but not great. The menu indicated a variety of cookies and chocolate chunk brownies plus cannolis. The cookies and brownies were MIA, replaced by carrot cake. When we arrived the restaurant was pretty empty. The hostess with the purple bangs was rude ignoring us and when she finally sat us down gave us a tiny table where people would pass by to the Buffett. I had asked for window seating or a booth in the reservation. Since the restaurant was pretty empty we asked if we could be moved to another table. She refused and said all tables had already been assigned. Well, really odd when for the next hour and a half there were still better tables available, but we could not be moved. By the time we left, there were still better tables available. The only great part about the Brunch was our server, he was friendly, attentive and really good. Also the latte was yummy. But your hostess acts like she is too high and mighty. Accommodating a customer’s request means repeat happy customers and referrals. She should know better.
