This is my third visit to Ella and the worst so far. The food was fair but I have had better on previous trips. I was very disappointed in our waiter. He was very rushed and hardly spoke to us. He just didnt seem to have the time. You deserve better service when paying that much. I may return and give it one more chance but that will be it. It is a good spot but they need to do a lot better.

Seated immediately. Knowledgable server. Ordered drinks and then we sat... a long time. The server apologized and said the bar was backed up. He ended up "comping" our drinks for the 4 of us. On the other hand, the food was excellent and a good value. The entrees were large enough that we did not need salads or appetizers. Both my husband and I ordered one of the evenings specials which we very nice. The warm complimentary bread was awesome! Nice overall.

Went there for the first time for Sweetest Day, unsure of what to expect. We were there later in the evening which meant that most of the specials were no longer available. Although that was disappointing, I was satisfied with my order.

This restaurant was recommended by our B&B host and it did not disappoint! My scallops were the best I've ever had - please try them if you go! It was unusually busy for a Monday night but the service was still great. I only wish it was a little quieter - sound was bouncing off the concrete floors and walls which made it less than romantic. If they improve the ambiance, this place could be in my top 5!

Party of three. Table was ready 15 min after our Open Table reservation. Table surface sticky, no table cloth, VERY noisy so that normal conversation not practicable, all members of our party very pleased with their meals. Might have stayed for more drinks but too noisy.

My wife and I have dined at Ella previously and both times it has been a real treat. The food is really great and flavorful, you never get a bland experience. I personally love the scenery inside the restaurant which is provided by the Haley Gallery which is located next door. Definitely a restaurant we'll continue to visit.
