   We made a reservation for 7pm (months) before traveling to Tulum after many good recommendations, and showed up today to a closed restaurant & bar with no notice that they would be closed. We are traveling to celebrate a birthday and tonight is that night, which was very sad to walk up to their doors to find out that they aren’t open for our special day. We, of course, hope everything is alright with the business and hope the best for them, but this was a really terrible way to spend a birthday.

   The decoration of the space is outstanding, and service is very friendly and attentive (though there is a catch, see below). Food itself is beautifully presented although its taste/quality is a step below the looks. Not bad, above average, but perhaps they should reduce the length of the menu and focus more on taste and quality. Music was fantastic. We had an unpleasant surprise when the bill arrived. They automatically charged a 20% tip for the kitchen staff, and then a compounded 15-20% on top of that which we got to choose, for the server. All-in-all, you can easily end up paying 40% in tips. I find this practice inappropriate and borderline a scam. For the restaurant: re-taste and make tweaks to your dishes for better taste. But please adjust your prices so you can pay your staff a fair wage, and adopt normal tipping practices.

   Food was bad. Tuna Steak was bad quality. Burger Meat was without any salt. Ambiente is nice, but without good food useless. I do not go there for a second time. Unfortunately.

   This place was so cool and unique I definitely recommend! The food was amazing the drinks were super fun and cool!! it’s like a secret upstairs bar with a live DJ beautiful lighting. Definitely a must see!!

   It was a good time. The only complaint was where we were sitting which was a little corner that was a view of the side of the unfinished roof. But if you sit in the middle I’m sure it’s way better. Also, it’s all hip hop music after 11pm. I love hip hop but could use a mix and the DJ talks a lot like house party style. Lol But, the food and service is great!

   This was by far one of the better meals and service experience I had in Tulum. There was an incredible DJ and the ambiance was really cool. I had the salmon plate and a few too many delicious mezcal cocktails. You can tell they care about every detail from the food presentation to the crafted cocktails. I was surprised this restaurant wasn’t suggested to me with the other recommendations I got…people are sleeping on this one. This spot is it! Definitely would recommend as a date spot or for solo travelers wanting a cool spot to hang and meet people (which is what I did). 5 stars all the way!

   El lugar está súper bonito, el ambiente muy padre, el personal súper amable, las bebidas deliciosas y los alimentos maravillosos. El salmón es de las cosas más ricas que he comido en mi vida, lo súper recomiendo.

    Razil was our server he made great suggestions and his service was impeccable. We also had great service at the bar.
