    I reserved a table for brunch and was told upon seating that the brunch menu is no longer available. Booking for brunch should not be an option if that is the case. We ordered the honey glazed salmon and it was under cooked.

    This place really will have you fooled. On Instagram it is portrayed as this fun trending professional establishment, but it was anything but what it’s portrayed to be. I made my reservation two months in advance, only for me to arrive on time to be told it’ll be a 25 minute wait downstairs. The service was horrible as was the food. The food was lukewarm and dry. The drinks were beyond watered down, and we waited an hour and ten minutes for our food. When asked for simple drinks like vodka lemonade we were told they don’t have that, out of all the drinks in the cocktail menu they only had 2-3 drinks available. As the birthday girl I was very disappointed and unpleased. This place is absolutely not a place I would ever return to or recommend! BEYOND unprofessional the owners should be ashamed to run such a disorganized and embarrassing! The business manager Eddie when we addressed our complaints and dissatisfaction with the entire experience, he responded with “ Well we have many birthdays this month” I’m not sure what that has to do with me as I’ve clearly stated it the reservation was made in September. If you guys can not prepare for birthday celebrations you should really relook your business plan and how you want your establishment to run because this IS NOT IT! 0 out of 10 stars DO BETTER! Absolutely horrendous.

    We arrived for 9:30 . We a reservation for 7 ended up being 6 . The manager then comes to me to tell we can’t accommodate your reservation being that’s it’s two extra people which makes 8 . I said what are you talking it’s 6 people and even if it was an extra person my reservation was for 7 people so what two extra people . The whole thing was unprofessional to automatically Tried to cancel our reservation because they assumed we had extra people . We did get a round of shots but that’s unprofessional . I’m a manager of a restaurant that’s not okay

    The menu is very limited so before coming, make sure the few things on the menu are what you want. They had a party in the downstairs stress and were only talking big groups inside so the only option left was to sit outdoors and during better weather this could’ve been written off, but it is November. Although we choose to stay and eat, it would have been nice when reserving if they let you know what the set up would be for the night. The Dj had a nice selection although outside you can’t really hear it. The items are a bit expensive for what they are so just keep that in mind. The person I was dining with was not impressed with their meal and complained that the rice on their platter was too hard to eat. I on the other hand enjoyed my food, but only found it worthwhile to get an appetizer and a side. What was great was that while a waiter accidentally spilled a drink on the person i was dining with, they came to replace it and included free shots. however, bring outside it did seem that we were slightly neglected and certain things took longer to address, but it could've been the fact that it was Saturday and that they had a party there.

    The exterior of the location is not lit. It was difficult to find, had to call especially as we had never been to the area before. Had to order a cocktail three times before they had the ingredients to make one. Three tries. Basic ingredients like grapefruit and pineapple juice. Food was tasty! Server Joey was pleasant! Music was way too loud and it was drafty. I perhaps this spot has a different vibe and is fully stocked on cocktail ingredients when it’s later in the eve. We were there at 7pm.

    Very accommodating staff! We wanted a quiet table for a family dinner and they put us in the lower level all by ourselves. The staff were great, so friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. We especially loved the empanadas, taquitos, salmon, Peruvian chicken. Great night!

    I didn't give a 5 star because I've been there before and loved everything but now no. No one greeted us at the door we stood there for a moment. There sever didn't pay attention to what he was doing and brought out food we didn't order plus we had to keep flagging him to get his attention. The food looked it so nice but once we started to eat we noticed it was to salty. But this 1 bad experience wouldn't stop me from coming back.

    They didnt have anything they advertise. Before i went i asked if i get seated at 1030/11 that the kitchen would still be open. But it was without anything, absolutely no steak.. imagine its your birthday and u want steak?!:.. then the security at the door was awful. My foot was broken and they were telling me come back in 30 minutes even though i had a reservation…. Whats the point of a reservation if i cant even check in… have me walking back and fourth with my broken foot. Then i get there nothing is available we all had to order the same dish. Its just unorganized. Big disappointment. Security is a hot mess, tried to fight me and not allow me in to my reservation, said there are no seats at the bar which there were plenty…..

    I did not like being seated on the bottom floor which a bunch of little kids. I felt like I was at the kid's table. I wish we would have gotten a booth because the chairs are uncomfortable. The food service took so long and there were mistakes. It was not the birthday experience I was hoping for.

    The food was ok , could’ve been better. They didn’t have steak which was odd. Drinks tasted bland, and $20 for a picture is CRAZY. Music was booty , the instagram page gives they play lit, up to date music and it was giving 90s throwback when we arrived

    The atmosphere was live, the aesthetic was very cool, creative and artsy. Staff was polite and attentive. We came here to celebrate my sister's birthday but the music was so loud that we had to vibe out because we couldn't talk without screaming at one another. Normally I wouldn't mind it if we had good food to keep conversation to a minimum but this wasn't the case. Food was Mid at best. What we ordered : The cheese burger - we asked for it to be cooked at medium temp but it came to the table well done and messy as hell The wings - Typical, nothing to brag about The Caesar salad - Skip this, the dressing is trash and tastes like it's made using miracle whip or some other cheap mayo. Doesn't give the real Caesar dressing flavors The salmon that comes with lobster fried rice - MID, and the lobster in the rice will give you lock jaw with how chewy it was, my girl spit out the pieces of lobster because it was overcooked and became too much to keep chewing on Finally, the rigatoni - This was the best dish on the table but that isn't saying much. The prices were crazy for what was served and the menu is ALL over the place. Doing WAY too much and it's VERY gimmicky. Not to mention on the menu they sell sneakers, smh. One and done.

    Card machine was down so we had to pay using cash, cashapp or Zelle. They didn’t have Lamb or steak, which meant they didn’t have more than 50% of their menu. We initially asked to sit in the corner spot since we were 1 out of 3 tables and were denied because “they’re expecting a party of 16.” About 20 minutes later they sat two couples on that side and had an entire section for the larger group. We had to keep flagging down our waiter because he was either nowhere to be found or standing at the bar on his phone. They played the same eight songs for about a hour. The food was good which of course was a plus.

    Just had appetizers. But food was bland. Drinks were okay. I wanted a fish bowl and they told us they didn’t have any bowls. So I got a froze that was okay. Place was energetic and lively. Waiters were nice and food came quick. Good for birthday parties.

    I made dinner reservations to celebrate my friends birthday. I wanted one of their custom watermelons that I've seen on Instagram. So I prepaid for one. The day of my reservation, I asked to push my time back from 7pm to 8pm and I also mentioned my custom watermelon order, to which they responded via text message that I was all set. I came all the way to Brooklyn from Queens for them to tell me they didn't have any watermelons. There was no apology, no discount for the missing watermelon. If they had contacted me anytime during the day to let me know they wouldn't have any watermelons, I wouldn't have showed up. The service was slow, we sat next to the bar and still had to wait over 15 minutes each time we ordered something. When the bill arrived, the price I paid for the watermelon was not deducted and I had to wait about 20 minutes for it to be updated. They played Bad Bunny the entire time we were there and we had to yell for us to hear one another. The food was okay, but the service was trash. I would not go again, and definitely wouldn't recommend.

    The waiter was very attentive and we all were satisfied with our food. It was unfortunate though that the wings, lamb, steak and majority of the food were wanted were out but we still were able to enjoy our food.
