   Had made a reservation for my husband and I and asked when I checked in if I could have a booth due to being 8 months pregnant and uncomfortable in the chair. Hostess told me I would have to wait 45 mins and that it was for bigger parties but saw lots of open booths. Some booths only two people sitting in it right next to us while they told us they couldn’t sit us there. Really surprised she was not sympathetic or understanding. Food was good and server was good but not the initial experience walking in.

   Los bazos par el agua sucios!! Las copas de vino sucias.. los meseros por la cantidad de gente que había, te avientan los platos en la mesa, las pastas sin sal. Las copas para el agua con gas tenían olor a trapo.

   Elisabettas is my favorite place to dine in West Palm Beach. Food and service is always perfect. Whenever someone comes to visit I always bring them to Elisabetta’s! So fun and so good!

   Really cute spot -- it was understandably busy for Mother's Day dinner. My meal was a bit cold when it was served which perhaps affected the flavor. We had heard SUCH amazing things so my expectations may have been set a bit too high. Our server, Leslie, was phenomenal - attentive, kind, patient & gave several outstanding recommendations. The meat and cheese selection was perfection.

   We went for Mother’s Day and had a reservation, so we were seated pretty quickly, which was a good start. The restaurant was super crowded, really loud, and honestly way too hot—we were sweating through half the meal. We ordered the calamari to start, but after waiting about 30 minutes, they came back and told us they were out. Not great, but we switched to the caprese salad, which was actually really tasty. Then we ordered our mains... and waited over an hour for them to come out. Again, the food was delicious, but for what they charge, that kind of wait is just not okay—especially with no apologies, or even a small gesture to make up for it. Nothing. We also ordered dessert to go when we got the check, and oddly enough, that showed up right away. Our kids had the spaghetti, and we added meatballs, not realizing they were charging $5 per tiny meatball. So a $25 kids’ pasta turned into $35+, which felt way over the top—and the server never mentioned that price at all. All in all, the food was good, but the heat, noise, crazy long wait times, and surprise charges made the whole experience feel like it just wasn’t worth it. Definitely expected more for the price.

   I brought my mom and my fiancé for Mother’s Day. We had a 3:00 PM reservation. It’s a holiday so we expected it to be busy and for service to be a bit slow, what we didn’t expect was for a simple 3-course meal to take over two hours. We were seated on the patio and served by (I believe) Andrea. We ordered bottomless mimosas shortly after sitting, but due to how slow the service was, we only received three drinks each the entire time we were there. We also ordered a meat and cheese plate that took quite a while to arrive—and when it finally did, one of the meats was missing. It took another 15 minutes to get three slices of cured meat. Then came another 30-minute wait for our entrees (two pizzas and a pasta dish). At that point, we noticed multiple tables around us—who had arrived after we did—were already wrapping up their meals. When we finally got our food, it was good. No complaints about the quality. After finishing, our server dropped off to-go boxes and a dessert menu. Around 4:15 PM, I asked for another round of mimosas but was told brunch had ended. A little annoying, but we let it go. While we were looking over dessert options, another table was sat next to us. In the time we were waiting for our server to return, that table had already received their drinks and appetizers. Eventually, a different server had to step in and take our dessert order, passing it along to our original server. It then took another 25 minutes to get our desserts—a slice of tiramisu, two cannolis, and two affogatos. Nothing complicated. By the time we were finishing up dessert and paying, the table next to us (who had just sat down as (or just a little before) we were ordering our desserts) was already receiving theirs. So in the time it took us to order, get and eat dessert, a family of four had been seated, served drinks, appetizers, entrees, and dessert. Completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, we doubt we’ll be back.

    Highly recommend this restaurant. Great food and vibe. Service was spot on. We already have plans to visit again.
