For starters, it was Father's Day so perhaps there were some staffing issues or the kitchen was overwhelmed, because this is normally a pretty good restaurant. We were seated immediately, but then waited far too long for water, drinks, refills, bread, and then the worst was waiting nearly an hour for food. Tables around us we're having similar issues, one actually walked out. When the food finally arrived it was cold. The only thing that came out hot was the pizza. Adding to it, when we finally managed to get our server's attention to ask for a bill, we waited another 15 minutes to be presented with the check. Overall very disappointing

I want to start by saying that i love Elisabetta’s and the food is always wonderful. But the service we had yesterday was the worst. Couldn’t find our waitress, not to take our order, not throughout the meal, not even to take our check. We had to get someone else to take it after 20 minutes of waiting. Very disappointing experience

Our server was not very transparent when asked for a wine recommendation and gave us one that was $27 per glass. We spent $54 dollars on 2 glasses of wine on wine Wednesday when we could have had the whole bottle for that. We were just disappointed in that unknown.

I brought my team here while they’re in town for a work trip. Everyone was happy and enjoyed everything about Elisabettas We will be back often!

Decent food, busy and interesting place. Decent service although we didn’t need the menu reading out to us by our server-we can both read. We also didn’t need to be repeatedly told what his favourite dishes were as he was not eating them or paying for them!. Very good ambience

Angel, our Server was wonderful. Food was great. Only negative was the Prosecco . Need to upgrade the choices. Overall we enjoyed our anniversary evening!! Thank you
