With its high white ceilings and dark wooden walls, the welcoming ambience at Elio's is perfectly matched by the authentic Italian cuisine it serves. For a delicious and refreshing starter, try the raw mushroom salad topped with shaved fennel and parmesan and the beef carpaccio with salsa verde. House made pastas, combined with the freshest ingredients, make for exceptional meals. Popular options include the pasta al pesto, the ravioli di carne and the fettuccine amatriciana. House entrees include the chicken scarpariello, the saltimbocca and the hearty minestrone soup. One glance at the extensive wine list and you will certainly want a glass to complement your meal and Elio's helpful staff will assist you in choosing the ideal vintage.
