   OMG, where do I begin? Elia was such a beautiful place. Unfortunately, the staff was HORRIBLE. The host sent us to our table... she said you could sit at one of the couches. She did not escort us, just motioned to sit in that area and pointed. The table was not clean. I noticed the host asked the server whose table is that? Referring to the table where we were seated. He shrugged and said he didn't know and walked away only to find out 10 minutes later that he was the server for our table. He came over after about 5 more minutes and asked what we were ordering... Did I mention we had no menus? Ha hard to order without a menu. He brought menus back, and we ordered. Another server brought out dirty small plates. The steak came cold and not prepared as asked. The salmon was raw. I sent it back twice. The server never came to check on the table. The manager comp'd the salmon. I mean, he tried, but at this point, it was time to go. 4 stars for the entertainment the girl could sing! Did I mention it was Mother's Day?

   We’re extremely disappointed with our experience. We had a 4:30 reservation to celebrate Mother’s Day with our 86-year-old mother, but were seated an hour late with nowhere to wait comfortably. The restaurant was clearly overbooked and overwhelmed. By the time we ordered—around 5:30—three of the dishes we wanted were no longer available. The servers did their best under pressure, but the overall service was poor. For two pizzas, two chicken parmigianas, two appetizers, and two sangrias, we were charged $285—an unreasonable price given the lackluster service and limited menu. While the venue is beautiful, it fails to meet expectations and is simply not worth the cost

   I gave this place 5 stars 4 months ago. At the time I went with a friend also for lunch and we just decided to order different appetizers and a cocktail. Everything was perfect. I was so exited to go back with my family ( 4 of us) for this past Mother’s Day. Nothing was the same. Not sure because of Mother’s Day. Food was barely ok. Will go back to only have cocktails and appetizers.

   My husband and I along with our toddler booked this restaurant for Mother’s Day. Pros - Service from our Server, the F&B Staff and Floor Manager was great Live music was entertaining (however they didn’t begin until we were just about ready to leave). Cons - Food was inconsistent, our first appetizer was ice cold, but our entrees were good, not exceptional. Since it was a holiday, they tried to capitalize their intake by adding banquet tables and chairs. The tables were small, chairs weren’t comfortable, we were stuffed in a corner where there was a lot of walking traffic and although we were some of the first to arrive for the day, we weren’t even given a riverside table. There are no high chairs or changing tables. Not a family friendly restaurant.

   Our experience at Elia was amazing! Great ambiance, energy, food and service. Esthefany Marielay was very attentive with our table, making sure we were having a great time.

   Had a great experience, Juan was a great, he knew all the ingredients to all the dishes and knew which flavors paired nicely with which wine. Food was great.

    We called about being 10-15 minutes late due to traffic, yet we were told we were fine. Then after arriving we had to wait almost a whole hour for a table. After complaining finally got one. Server took a while to show face. Food was mediocre. The gnocchi was like eating soluble playdough.
