Our server was excellent. The food was delicious but was not hot, just lukewarm. We did not use the valet parking as there were several cars in line but there is a parking lot directly across the street from the entrance. If you have a large group ask for the table with the large white couch. It was very pretty in that corner. Still quite loud but not too bad.

I chose this restaurant because they had entertainment on Wednesday evening. Jess Novak was the entertainment and she was incredible. The food at 11 waters was great. When I realized it was at a hotel I was a bit worried about hotel food - as I travel a lot and don’t always have good experiences in hotel restaurants. But we were pleasantly surprised. The food was very good and we had a great night.

My colleagues raved about the Fried Calamari appetizer and their Fish and Chips entrée. The Stewed Lentils were tasty and seasoned to my liking, but the serving size was disappointing. The Maple Bourbon Crème Brulee hit the spot for dessert. I liked the selection of local beers on tap. Our server provided me with samples of beer and patiently answered our menu related questions.

This was a great find-excellent food and service. The new chef came out to each table and ask how everything was. Very nice! The only reason we didn't give 5 starts was the ambiance. The lighting is so weird...it was a Friday night and when we drove up we thought the place was closed because it was so dark and half the restaurant wasn't being used. They need to add something other than the cold ceiling lights so you don't feel like you're having dinner in someone's basement!

Had breakfast Parents weekend at Syracuse. Food was good - delivered fresh hot and as ordered. Service was slow, and the waitresses were arguing with the hostess about vouchers. Bathrooms were a mess - looked like there was a big party and no one cleaned up. Did not know from posting in OpenTable this was a Hotel restaurant which would have been good to know beforehand.

To be fair, our waitress was lovely and doing the best that she could but it took almost 20 min to get our drinks and an hour to get our food. It seemed to be a kitchen and understaffing issue.

Mediocre food. The 3 scallops were good but gnocchi were over cooked and the kitchen used cashews instead of pine nuts in the pesto. Very small dish. The lobster fried rice was also over cooked with the grillled lobster charred chewy and tasteless. Baby back ribs were better but accompaniments lacked flavor. Won’t go back- 200 for a lackluster celebration meal.

We had a reservation for 12:30 and had to wait 30 minutes for our table as we were told they were short staffed. It was parents weekend at SU so it seems they could have planned for that. One person in our party waited 30 minutes after the rest of us were served to get her meal. Our waitress was lovely and did everything she could to make us happy and comped the late meal.

Overall, it was a very good experience. We had 5:00 reservation on a Wednesday because we were attending a show at Landmark Theater. We were the only party in the restaurant our whole time there. Our server was very nice and attentive enough. I’m from the old school of when you aren’t busy, you get busy! By this I mean the table could have been cleaner and the salt/pepper condiments were coated with sticky substance. My husband had the sea bass….very tasty on a small bed of greens. For the price of the dinner it was more of an appetizer..a starch of some nature would have rounded the meal out better. I had the Cajun salmon and it had smashed fingerling potatoes and roasted broccolini.

Not big nice size outside, entertainment was Fablous! Food & presentation was great & delicious. Perfect for going to landmark as you can validate your ticket from Valet and it’s free. Park and walk to theatre.

Good food, excellent service, clean, bright, comfortable and tranquil surroundings. Staff was super attentive and accommodated our very-specific dietary requests. We were a large group and they rearranged tables to create a large table near the window per our request. Lovely dining experience! I only wish I could recall the name of our waitress (Skyler?) so I could give her kudos too!

The service was bad. We were eating off the buffet and had order some side dish from the kitchen. We were about done with breakfast before the came out. Very surprised that restaurants attached to a full serving Marriott would be so bad. To be clear it was the service that was bad. The food and the restaurant were good.

Large airy & bright restaurant suitable for larger groups. Delicious breakfast choices on the menus. I very much enjoyed the Garden Omelette. Breakfast buffet was standard hotel no frills type as this restaurant is located within the Marriott Downtown Syracuse. Service was good but seemed understaffed.

Our daily Breakfast Buffet is definitely on brand with all other Marriott's with a sprinkle of something different here & there, such as our a la carte Breakfast Menu that offers unique sandwiches, bennies, omelets & so much more! Due to this, we also introduced a new Brunch Buffet only available on Sundays that changes up every week and includes anything from collard greens to red velvet pancakes! Join us this Sunday to enjoy our newly implemented Brunch Buffet 11am-2pm!

All in all it was a good choice for our party of 7. Except for one of us, we all got the breakfast buffet which had great choices. The bacon was nice and crispy (something that most buffets do not achieve), the pastries were fresh and the fruit nice and ripe! The potatoes were also a big hit with our whole party. The one person that ordered from the menu was a little disappointed with the dish as it seemed to be missing some ingredients listed on the menu. It was still flavorful. The ambience was bright and not loud, allowing for pleasant conversation. We will be returning.

I had visited this place before Covid and the experience wasn’t up to par. Today we decided to try brunch and I must say we were blown away. The food was so good. We had several choices and all were great. We will return!!!

Our Waitress was incredible ! She was friendly, patient and enjoyable. I have had business dinners there in the past and my manager was reluctant to allow me to book one again there because the previous wait staff was rude. I apologize that I don’t remember Wednesday mornings waitress for the PDR,s name but she saved your business for us. Had a VP come in from out of the country and this breakfast meeting was perfect! I made a reservation well in advance and was called personally to confirm with a credit card due to the expected large turnout and apparent waitlist for tables. Therefore I was astonished that the place was virtually empty on arrival and continued to be very lightly patronized by the time we left. For the high expectations of guests coming I would have expected some interesting specials on the menu and highly attentive service. There was neither. Everything was acceptable but lackluster. The menu also was dominated by market price offerings and was only presented with the cost when asked. This made it difficult to make any decisions before the wait staff appeared to take the order. Ho hum, won’t be back soon or recommending.

Great service from our server! She helped me make a decision on my what entree to get. And she was spot on with her recommendation. The calamari was delicious. Lightly breaded and fried. Really enjoyed the swordfish entree. Great vibe. Sat outside on the patio and enjoyed the weather. Had an amazing experience all around.

Best Sangria I’ve ever had. I got shrimp and grits with a side of bacon. SUPER YUM. Bae got the brunch tacos. He was very happy with his meal. We really enjoyed ourselves.

My partner and I split the eggs Benedict and churro French toast. Both were delicious and perfect complements. Wait staff was nice just not super attentive. Overall recommend!

The open table system was down and we had to wait for a table even though we had a reservation. The cleanliness of the restrooms left a lot to be desired. However the food was great and our server was very nice.

A bit chaotic scene - manager was frazzled and said it was going to be ‘a while because I have no staff’. We probably should have left but waited 20 minutes for our reservation. Food was not hot so hard to judge. $$$ for our experience.

Chaotic, no system in place, food was bland and microwaved. Took 1 hour for drinks, and 45 mins to be sat after our reservation time.
