   The open table system was down and we had to wait for a table even though we had a reservation. The cleanliness of the restrooms left a lot to be desired. However the food was great and our server was very nice.

   A bit chaotic scene - manager was frazzled and said it was going to be ‘a while because I have no staff’. We probably should have left but waited 20 minutes for our reservation. Food was not hot so hard to judge. $$$ for our experience.

   Chaotic, no system in place, food was bland and microwaved. Took 1 hour for drinks, and 45 mins to be sat after our reservation time.

   Took our daughters here after long day of dance competition to celebrate their hard work and one daughters birthday. First, the menu was pre-set three course meal that TJUH have to order from as adults. The menu also failed to offer many options. Absolutely no kid options at all. Second, I was brought the wrong appetizer but service was slow, and we wanted to eat somewhat quickly, so o ate it. Third, grossly expensive for what we got.

   Great Brunch! Will go back for sure to try out other items I wanted to order. We went on New Year's Day, and they had live music playing which was great- not too loud and gave just the right amount of background noise. Food was outstanding! Hot and flavorful, server was busy but attentive.

   The atmosphere and food was great. Live music was very relaxing. They know how to serve tea! A nice large pot of water and a large mug with good tea options.

    Not a good experience. The service was horrendous and unprofessional, even under the conditions of an empty restaurant. The food was overpriced and underwhelming. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

    Great location but only restaurant open New years eve not part of the hotel celebration. No Filet, meal was cold and service was very slow. Im sure it had to be because of holiday.

    It was Christmas Day and I very much appreciate the people who were working. I think it’s tough on a day like that. Our Server was very nice. There were some hiccups but I’d like to go back and try it again

    While I enjoyed my meal the other four guests did lot. Burger was plain and not cooked properly and chips cold, the other guests were disappointed with the amount of food and taste

    Took 30 minutes to get drinks…..app came out and waitress asked if we wanted small plates…..yes please…..crickets…ohhh I forgot your plates…..I asked what the fish of the day was. She replied sea bass and when I asked how it was prepared she responded “they told me but I forgot”…do you want me to go ask…..yes please….took forever for entrees to come out and they were not hot…..just warm……just terribly poor service on not a busy night

    It was empty, cold every time someone opened the back door there was an arctic breeze. The food was overpriced and not very good.

    I came home to visit my grandmother and mom and we wanted to try a new brunch spot rather than go to rise n shine or modern malt like we usually do. I wish we had gone to our go to brunch spots. Our waitress was not in a good mood and we were able to make a reservation for 10:30 but when we didn’t order right away she told us they were closing in 20 minutes at 11. Why would we be allowed to make a reservation for 10:30 if they close at 11… this was not an enjoyable time.

    The meal was excellent and our server was attentive. He provided exceptional service from our 1st to 4rth course to our drinks from the bar. It was a fantastic Thanksgiving meal and Eleven Waters delivered. Thank you for making our visit one to remember!

    We normally do not dine out for the Thanksgiving Holiday but due to families schedules this year we decided to. Few restaurants that we are familiar with were open so this was our first time at Eleven Waters. The food was excellent as was odur server. The Chef even came out and greeted us at our table. We will definitely go back!!

    11 Waters continues to be a remarkably consistent, warm and welcoming venue for our breakfast club gatherings. Gloria always takes excellent care for us and we appreciate her attention to detail is part of our positive impressions of this restaurant. We were all very happy to see that 11 Waters survived Covid and didn't miss a beat as they came through the other side of the pandemic.

    We waited 45 minutes for blueberry pancakes and "churro" (cinnamon) french toast. The tables next to us that ordered after us all got their food before we did. I also got regular coffee when i ordered decaf.

    Zero stars, would not recommend. We had had a couple of lackluster meals here before, but decided to give it one more go before a theater performance on a Saturday night. We arrived for our reservation, and the main doors to the street and the ones to the lobby were locked. We finally made our way into the restaurant the back way, through a crowd of football fans getting wasted listening to country music. There were two servers, both near tears, serving something like five tables. They rushed over, yelling over the sound of the drunk partiers in the next room that it would be a very long wait for food, and also that no one told them they even took reservations at this restaurant, much less had any for that night. Then they zoomed off to try to take care of their tables. The next time they came by, we asked them what was going on. They said they truly didn't know, and begged us not to yell at them (we didn't and weren't planning to!) We asked to speak to a manager, and they said they didn't know where the manager was; they'd been trying to get a manager to talk about a different issue for an hour, and nobody could find one. Obviously we left. Not to worry, though; we had a delicious meal at Otro Cinco down the street. We'd recommend that you skip even trying Eleven Waters and head over to somewhere run by people who know what they're doing.

    Had a wonderful dinner at Eleven Waters. I ordered the burrata salad and crab cakes. The salad was delicious - loved the pepadew peppers. The three crab cakes were very tasty, and even though they were an appetizer, and not an entree, it was a perfect meal for me. Our server Nya was great! She was very professional and checked back on us several times to see if we needed anything. Thanks Eleven Waters for a wonderful dining experience.

    This place was terrible. It is part of the Marriott. Dining room was unattractive, dated, no atmosphere. Food reminded me of Howard Johnson's in the 703. Poor service, which I would have to orgiven if the food and be ambience were good. Such a disappointment, was looking forward to a nice Saturday brunch

    They were out of pancakes just one hour into the brunch . The service was pleasant but took forever to get our food and it was cold when we got it . They were significantly understaffed .

    The food was okay. The service was excellent once our server was changed to a more experienced one. They need to train their staff on how to serve wine. The prosecco by the glass came in a small bottle, and the wine was re-corked and set on the table. Also, the tasting of the wine glass was filled instead of allowing the person to taste the portion and then fill it. The pasta could have been cooked a little more and the pieces of food in it. They were a little raw.

    Ordered two entrees, salmon and scallops. The salmon was very and was served hit. The scallops were cold and very little taste. We also ordered dessert. The almond dessert and it was frozen...it was supposed to be an almond crumb cake. Not sure what even was. The waitress did not charge us for it. Probably won't go back.

    Stopped in for a relaxing dinner before a show at the Landmark. Was greeted and brought immediately to our reserved table for 3. Asked about the specials, and was told they were out of filet, so they had a mahi instead. Drinks came out relatively quick. Ordered Chicken Billonese(sp?) and side of Cauliflower/crab soup. Soup was barely lukewarm, and pretty flavorless. Chicken was good, 3 1" slices with flavorless stuffing, came with a few stalks of asparagus and 2 polenta cakes. The polenta was flavorless as well. Other diners had salmon on a bed of rice and peas (im told it was good), the other party had a burger and fries, which didn't look to be anything special (just burger,lettuce,onion, no extras). The waitress delivered the check 1/3 of the way through our meal, never asked about desert or coffee. Seemed like a rush to get us out of there, even though there was only one other table occupied. We tried the place out and used a "Sweet Deal" (1/2 price restaurant vouchers), or I would have been even more disappointed, as I believe it to be a bit pricey for what you get.. I do not think I'll be going back. Much better options in Downtown to choose from!

    Took exactly 1/2 hour to be seated even though we had reservations. What’s the point in making reservations if they are not honored. Then waited an additional 45 minutes for our breakfast. Food was good and for a great price. It was obvious they are under staffed which is unfortunately the world now …. But we would rather not have been able to book a reservation than wait 1 1/4 he for breakfast

    The food was ok. Blackened scallops were over seasoned. Orichiette was a little gummy and too lemony. The shrimp on top were slightly over cooked. That said charcuterie Board was very good and burrata salad was good Service was atrocious. I know everyone is short staffed but the restaurant was half empty and everything took far too Long. People were getting up and refilling their own water glasses. Bill came incorrectly. At these prices in a town like Syracuse I’d expect way better.

    The food was good, our server never asked if we wanted anything to drink and gave us the check without asking if we wanted anything else (we did). It definitely seemed like they were trying to rush us out, we were only there for 45 minutes total.
