   The food was bland. It was supposed to be a brunch, but there was only lunch food. The carrots were uncooked, and the flavoring on them was not tasteful. The beef was too fatty. This Easter brunch was truly disappointing.

   For my first visit to Eleven Waters, a friend and I went to their Easter brunch buffet. We were very happy with it. The buffet was not quite as sumptuous as some I’ve been to but the quality of the food was very good and I definitely got enough to eat. The service was friendly and professional and the surroundings were clean and nicely set up. My friend and I had hoped our drinks would be included but I guess since we were having alcohol we had to pay extra. So, it did turn out to be a very expensive experience. We did appreciate the complimentary valet parking since we are both senior citizens with limited mobility. I will go back at some point in the future.

   St. Patrick’s Day breakfast was underwhelming. Eggs Benedict poached eggs had hard centers — way overcooked. The English muffins were barely toasted. At least the meat was tasty. Potatoes were dried out. Friendly, but inattentive, service.

   This restaurant is one of the best in Syracuse. From the professional yet personable wait staff (Ed was so much fun!) to the top notch dinner! The Faroe Salmon and perfectly cooked scallops were definitely a hit! We will definitely go back!

   Went there for one thing and it wasn’t available! Was not thrilled bc it was my wife’s bday

   Was happy they had a Velentines Special. Been awhile since we’ve been there. Always nice to have a valet service! Everyone was very pleasant… Shelly was our server and she was super attentive. The manager, Greg was very pleasant and working to make sure all tables were being serviced and things operating smooth. Our food was enjoyable… I had the Rack of Lamb and was very happy; wife enjoyed her Filet. Hope they catch some momentum and keep this going… it’s such a nice experience….

   Delicious Saturday breakfast before heading out for the SU - BC basketball game. The restaurant’s food has been much improved from previous stays at the Marriott. Very friendly, personable and attentive service. Look forward to staying and dining here again soon.

   A Disappointing Christmas Dining Experience Our Christmas Day dining experience at Eleven Waters was a letdown from start to finish, falling far short of any expectations for fine dining. While the effort to create an upscale atmosphere was evident, the execution left much to be desired. Environment: The seating area was uncomfortably cold, with the room temperature overlooked entirely. This simple yet crucial detail ruined the experience for many patrons. Some diners moved to the bar area seeking warmth, while others, including myself, resorted to dining with coats on. This is far from what one expects at a fine dining establishment. Food Quality: For the price, the offerings were mediocre at best. The prime rib, while somewhat redeeming, was tough and lacked the tenderness you’d expect. Desserts were unbalanced—either overly sweet or excessively bitter. Overall, the menu did not justify the cost, leaving much to be desired in terms of both flavor and presentation. Service: The servers were attentive and courteous, which was the only bright spot of the evening. However, the pre-visit experience soured things further. The woman who answered the phone two hours prior to our reservation was unnecessarily curt and rude when we inquired about cancellation policies. Her eagerness to emphasize the $55 cancellation fee felt almost gleeful, adding an unpleasant tone to what should have been a celebratory occasion. Final Thoughts: Eleven Waters missed a significant opportunity to impress on a special holiday. Comfort, quality, and professionalism are the cornerstones of fine dining, and this experience fell short on nearly all counts. It’s a shame because the potential is there, but the lack of attention to essential details and the uninspired menu made this experience a disappointment. I won’t be returning and would caution others to reconsider their plans if expecting a memorable dining experience.

    Buffet was 55.00 p.p. Did not include coffee or tea. Choice of roast beef or turkey and vegetables and desserts. Parking was 15.00.
