    Two people in our party ordered the shrimp and grits but unfortunately the taste was not great. It was unlike any variation of shrimp and grits we have eaten with an overwhelming “sour” taste. The description gave no indication of this flavor.

    The service was horrible. We waited 39 min for drinks and another hour for food. We never were asked if we wanted another drink. Had to ask for more water. The server was abrupt and not helpful. Have been here before and had a much different experience.

    Beautiful location with a city rooftop view. Great service, food was delicious. A little expensive, over $50 for 2 glasses of wine and an appetizer, but I definitely recommend it!

    ÉLEVÉ is an experience. I booked the reservation for myself and my 3 guests a month ago. That reservation was confirmed. The reservation was for outside dining. Upon arrival at the restaurant, which wasn’t the easiest to find, we approached the hostess and I told her about the reservations. After confirming my name and reservation she stated that seating outside wasn’t available. I mentioned my reservation was confirmed. She told me that didn’t matter as outside dining was first come first serve. After a couple seconds of thought, I accepted a seat inside. While another hostess moved us to our indoor table, she noticed a table clearing outside and offered it to us. I accepted and the table was bussed and we were seated. Service was great after that. The waitress seemed nervous. She was great still. Just seemed occupied or nervous. The ambiance was different. The outdoor area is also a drinking lounge. So while you are attempting a fine dining experience, there’s a party going on in the middle of the terrace. Now I love this. I really do. But I can see more conservative people not liking this at all. Besides the other people on the terrace, there’s the sound of the busy streets below. Vehicle exhaust, music, and lots of people down there making a whole lot of noise. I didn’t mind any of this at all. Most of the time it’s not loud enough to bother anything happening up in the restaurant but sometimes it does. We ordered the Charcuterie, 2 orders of Lamb Bolognese, Snapper, Short Rib, and a side of mushrooms. The food was good. My pasta was over salted on my bolognese but that’s my only complaint. The flavors were complex and we could tell there was passion behind the dishes. The drinks were fabulous. Ordered a couple Passion-Elderflower Spritzes and a Bohemian Sunset. Both were good, but the spritzes were over the top. While I wouldn’t rate this as fine dining, I will say it was an experience that we greatly enjoyed.

    Our experience at Eleve was amazing! We had the short ribs which were so tender and juicy and full of flavor. We also got the charcuterie board for an appetizer which was great. The service was top notch and we never waited for our food. We got attentive and fast service. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

    Let’s start with the setting. We got an outside rooftop table. The view was other rooftops- very disappointing. The sun was bright but there were no shade umbrellas. Service was average at best. Wine list was so so. One persons appetizer arrived at the same time as another’s entree. Steak was good but not special- ditto the redfish. Shrimp and grits was very good. Overall- not worth the trip, I won’t be back.

    we had a party for 12 for my friend's birthday. I am glad we were at ELEVE and had a great time there with beautiful decoration and excelent service. I will definetely go there when I am in town.

    We can't say enough great things about this place. Our daughter wanted to have a nice dinner with friends here for her 16th birthday, and they were outstanding and accommodating. Bonita took great care of us and our night was relaxed and our experience was world-class. The ambiance of the restaurant and the rooftop area were perfect for our evening and the teens really enjoyed themselves. Our meal was outstanding: the flat bread was amazing and I loved the Lamb Ragu. The salted caramel cheesecake is delicious! We'll definitely return to enjoy this place again!

    Hostess was less than helpful, could not provide any information regarding hours of art gallery . Did not attempt to find any information that we were asking for. Food was not great and very overpriced. My cocktail was terrible and $17. I didn’t even finish it. Eleve was completely empty on a Sunday evening, and rooftop view wasn’t very good. Definitely not worth the hype.

    We sat outside on the rooftop, but I wish we would have sat inside only because it was July and hot! The inside dining area looked very nice. All the food we ordered was pretty tasty. Our server Bonita was very attentive and friendly. We stopped by the wine bar downstairs which was also a great place to taste some good wine.

    The food was average. The restaurant is huge, I don’t think that helps with ambience. It feels that going to the bar would be a better idea than sit at those tables. The server was very nice!

    Beautiful rooftop but they they need to be better staffed as the service was slow for the price. Also they need more fans in the outdoor area…. You’re in the south…. In the summer time…. More oversight by management

Inattentive waiter, thankfully supported by their coworkers who were far more attentive Wondered if he should bring out appetizers out at the same time as our main course, did not ask us if we wanted more drinks By the end, we just wanted to leave and go elsewhere….which is what we did

    First seated at an outdoor wobbly table overlooking a parking lot. Asked to move inside only to be served a raw inedible steak and awkward service and hit with a ridiculous bill. Complete rip off

    Service was great. Wish they had more breakfast offerings. The menu is lunch focused leaving limited choices at 10am in the morning. Overall, it is ok. Would be great with a couple of egg options.

    High top tables are high compared to chairs. Chairs are uncomfortable, maybe cushions would help. The outside patio overall is beautiful and our server was excellent! Great dining experience

    Went to this roof top restaurant for the view. Doesn't exist unless you like looking at rooftops. Very expensive but the food is so-so at best. My wife ordered beet salad with Salmon. What she got was a salad with a piece of salmon filet on a separate plate. No presentation just here it is, and the salmon was under cooked, we sent it back. The waiter had no training and did not know how to be one. He took our order and disappeared. I had to flag him down to find out where our order was after waiting a good 20 minutes. He failed to come back to see if everything was satisfactory after it was delivered so I had to flag him down again to send back the Salmon for more cooking. How long do you think it should take to cook a Salmon Filet a bit more. After 15 minutes had I had to flag him down again to find out why it was taking so long to adjust the Salmon from rare to medium. It was then delivered. Either it was sitting around waiting to be picked up or the kitchen is also untrained and doesn't know to put returns at the top of the queue. In summary, stay away.
