We stayed at the SKYLARANNA and loved the convenience!
This was our first visit and we all enjoyed our meal. Elevations is a quaint restaurant with a spectacular view of our beautiful mountains. The service was timely and our waitress was polite. Everyone enjoyed their meal.
The drinks were delicious but a little on the pricey side.
First time here. Everything was superb. Definitely will go back.
Overall everything was fine, parking was difficult but it looked like they were doing some construction. They did run out of the entree that I wanted but my second choice was good. The service at the bar was not so good but once we made it to our table everything was fine.
It was a wonderful place for a special Valentine’s Day dinner. I would recommend it highly!
Off the beaten path little surprise! Food was superb. Cocktails amazing! Prices were more than fair for the quality! Will return!
Absolutely wonderful. A lot of construction underway but the owner is off to a great start. Can’t wait to come back.
The food was awesome and would definitely return for another meal. The price is worth it, but at that price it makes a special occasion restaurant. The one downfall and it was Valentine's Day is that the lighting was too low. Seeing our food was difficult and signing the charge slip we had to use the flashlight on our cell phone. It was still a good experience.
Overall a great dining experience! Delicious chicken plate and my boyfriend had the burger. Our waitress Dani was so sweet and very accommodating! Kevin and his team have a great restaurant.
One of the best new experiences in some time. Food and service was wonderful. It’s a bit of an issue parking and getting in, especially on a cold rainy night but hopefully that will improve as it appears construction is going on.
Both entrees were perfectly prepared and presented. Wait staff was very attentive, we will be back. They need to work on the lighting, a little too dark.
Excellent service and food.
Great place....will be even better later on......ambiance is ver nice.....worst part was a screaming baby......we did our best to drown that out! Look forward to additions.....even to menu........need a few more choices for a chophouse....especially salads.,,maybe a wedge?
This was our first trip to Elevations. I had the Filet and it was outstanding. Cooked perfectly and full of flavor. She had the shellfish and grits..She said it was yummy. The menu is kind of limited but there are other items that look tempting to try. Staff was great. We will come back again.
Not a lot of food choices, but very good flavor. Bill prox $85 before tip with no alcohol. Generous portion, no sides available. Ambiance excellent, good for special occasions.
Staff was great and Mountain Views were picturesque. Food was great but prefer more spice myself. Companions thought their plates were terrific. Cocktails and dessert were superb. A bit of construction going on so confusing where to park and not enough light to navigate easily after dark but still a fabulous experience. Makayla was a super friendly, skilled and professional server. She made our day. Other diners seemed to really enjoy their meals as well. A great place if you dine alone, celebrate a birthday with friends and family or want a romantic date. They have bourbon flights and Friday night fondue which we will try on another visit.
Absolutely delicious food, extensive wine and cocktail list, impressive bourbon selection, attentive wait staff and beautiful views!
I cannot say enough positive things about our experience at the entire property, however the dinning experience just out the icing on the cake. The filet just about melted in my mouth!! Service was excellent, the cocktails were superb!! All around wonderful experience! Willl definitely be back!!
While traveling with family and friends, we wanted to welcome the New Year’s together at a nice place. Elevations definitely was the best choice. The staff was great at accommodating our large party of 18 and the food was exceptional! From the fondue, to the charcuterie board, to the lamb, filet and desserts, everything was cooked to perfection. Portions are plentiful yet flavorful and the ambiance is warm and cozy. Definitely would recommend!
Elevations was definitely off the beaten path, however the food was devine and service was great. I highly recommend. We had no trouble getting an uber there and back. They also had a champagne special which was perfect 👌. We would definitely go back!
New Year’s Eve dinner. Parking was a bit limited with construction going on which hurt the ambiance a bit. I had the tuna and my lady friend had the salmon. Food was very a tasty, but a bit on the cool side. Waiter was ok, but not really an outgoing person. However he was good at answering our questions. The highlight was the key lime pie for dessert. It was excellent!! We will return at a later date when construction is over.
We happened upon this place leaving Hendersonville on our way back to Asheville and boy were we pleasantly surprised! The dining room was quaint, food was delicious and the service was friendly and attentive. I wish we lived close we would definitely be repeat customers.
Will definitely go back.
The food was very good. Our party of three had steak, lamb and tuna, and all were excellent. The ambiance, however, reminded us of a cross between a doctor office waiting room and a boarding school dining hall; certainly not worthy of a fine dinning experience. Our server, likewise, was clearly inexperienced and not as knowledgeable of the food and wine as expected at a fine dining establishment. If the service and ambiance were better, the prices would be justified; however, until they improve I can only give “value” 3 stars.
Bourbon flights! Wow. The meal, service was over the top. Will definitely be back in the future!
First of all the menu was slimmed way down from what is published on their website. There were only 3 desserts listed on the table tent and one of those wasn’t available. Inexcusably there were numerous typos and grammatical errors on the menus that were presented to us. The pork belly appetizer was tasty; the cup of soup was literally a coffee cup of soup, and the Brie fondue was just above room temp. When the entrees were served not one ... NOT ONE ... was hot. In fact, every one was just above room temp. Besides that, the salmon was tasty, the filet was cooked to order and tender, the double bone pork chop had a nice Demi glaze. With only three tables served that evening, I should think that more attention would be paid in presentation and quality. We really wanted to support a local restaurant business but sadly cannot recommend this one.
The food was excellent, but the presentation and training of staff needs a lot of work, especially @ the price point. The wine menu is grossly overpriced for ordinary wine to the point it’s laughable.
Some wines were $100.00 for less than an $18.00 bottle of wine.
There wasn’t sparkling water or cappuccino available, their should be linen on the tables for the prices being charged. The staff needs to be trained on presentation from start to finish
I realize they are new, food was great; very happy. The wine menu will make us hesitate from returning unless you can bring your own and pay a corkage fee.
Food was excellent as I said, just want to restate that
The walkway and parking are not lighted well and very dangerous in the dark.
Great food, wine selection and service - price was fair considering the quality of the food. Definitely will return.
Thanksgiving dinner.
Great Thankgiving meal! We will definitely go back on our next visit to the area.
We enjoyed Thanksgiving dinner, including soup or salad, turkey or prime rib with sides and delicious pumpkin pie or brownie à la mode. The food was very good over all we were extremely pleased. The Resturant’s decor was a little plain not much color other then mountain altitude signs from around the world. The Inn it’s self is beautiful!!! Our server McKaleigh was attentive and sweet, she had perfect timing with each course. Definitely will go back to have a drink at the bar and/or a nice dinner.
This is a really good restaurant, but need more advertising so people know its there.
Friendly staff. Great service. will definitely go back.
We have totally enjoyed our visits every time we have had dinner there. Steaks are wonderful. The fish chowder is the best and reason enough to go there. Staff is great as well as the owners.
This place was amazing. The staff was wonderful, the food was absolutely delicious, and the place was stunning and clean. What more could you ask for. Thankful to have found this place.
We went here for my boyfriends birthday with a couple friends and it was one of the best steak dinners I have had in a long time. The service was phenomenal! Our waiter went above and beyond to make sure our dinner was one of a kind. One of our friends is gluten free so he brought out celery sticks for the crab dip fondue (which was amazing) without us even asking. He also put rose petals down because of the birthday celebration which was a sweet touch.
The steaks were cooked perfectly to our liking (medium rare) and portions were HUGE!
I would 100% dine here again and would definitely recommend to friends.
This was the first time we have visited this restaurant, and I must say I was impressed. The service was fast and the sever was very knowledgeable, the food was fantastic!
Online and printed menu were not accurate. Both items we wanted were not available.
We are certainly sorry we didn’t have what you where hoping for. We do update our menu on a regular basis to keep the freshest ingredients. We are working on having our menu online be more up to date. Please try us again.
Food was fine, but below expectations. Restaurant is not well decorated and lighted. It is definitely not what was expected for fine dining. Server not very interactive. There are definitely better dining alternatives.
We had a wonderful meal to celebrate my husbands birthday. We had a nice glass of wine and a spicy margarita to get started. The brussel sprouts shaved salad was exceptional. Our main courses were delicious also. He had the filet and I had the shrimp and grits. Best grits I’ve ever had! We had to save room for dessert which was also delicious. Would highly recommend Elevations and will be back!
