   We have eaten At Elevation 89 many times. Always a great meal! Creative menu with lots of changing menu specials.

   We've eaten here many times but a few things stand out that are worth sharing. Twice when we've made a reservation, we were seated after patrons without a reservation because we had to wait for our table time (arriving at 6:38 for a 6:45 reservation)....Weird. The food is good (my husband loves it) but the wait staff get very annoyed when you request any customization. For example, I requested no tomatoes and add onions to my Bison burger. Didn't happen. This has happened with other dishes on other occasions, so not a one time thing. And do not ask for extra condiments, etc. I got an eye roll from the waitress instead! Overall, the food is good but the wait staff always seem stressed out, so for me, the food is not good enough to go back. The environment needs to be friendly and relaxing for me to enjoy a night out. This place is not friendly and relaxing (unless you order without customization and don't ask for anything extra, like ketchup and more iced tea).

   We love to eat at Elevation 89. The food is delicious and so many choices. Don't forget to try their appetizers and desserts, yum! Everyone there is so polite and able to answer your questions and help out other servers. Great place to take friends and family.

   The seating and the bar area are nothing to write home about, but wow, the food was really good! We had the halibut and steak with shrimp.

   Great service….this place needs a serious make over, then it will be a fun place for the locals and incoming clients to visit. Food was better than average.

   I’’vw had many great meals at Elevation89 in the past. Last night I ordered the scallops. The last time I ordered them they were so delicious. This time the sea scallops were half the size and over cooked. The scallopes are served with a cream sauce and crispy onion rings on the top. The chef poured the sauce over the onion rings so the onion rings turned into mush. There was so much sauce it was like eating a bowl of soup. I was very disappointed with the food.

    I’m sorry but this restaurant did not live up to expectations. My filet was overcooked but the server didn’t return to our table in time for me to return it. My wife’s steak was only average and my friends halibut was good but not great. The server did comp my filet and offered a free dessert which I appreciate. The restaurant was very busy and has a great reputation so maybe I got lost in the rush. I will give them another chance.
