   It was a Girls Day Out! It was our first time there and we had such a good time! Our server, Jada was AMAZING and so sweet and personable! We loved her!! The food came out quick and was absolutely delicious! We can’t wait to come back!!

   Food was amazing and the price was great for an upscale meal. Our waitress did a great job but we felt the wait staff was short handed. She seemed to be responsible for half of the dining room and her half had 2 very large groups. I hope they tipped well! The time we waited for our entree seemed a little long. We will definitely dine there again!

   With covid going on I cannot believe you had people sitting so close to other customers where elbows almost touched. I asked about, but never really got a reply. Also the food wasn’t that great. I got lettuce wraps and the lettuce was still wet and the rice and chicken were stone cold. I didn’t eat any of that at all. My son got a steak and was very sick the next day. The food was extremely bad except for the russet potatoes which you really can’t go wrong with. Also the scotch egg didn’t have any pork on it that I could find and it may have been because the breadcrumbs were over cooked. One upside to all this was the guy who served us was extremely nice and polite. I feel I just wasted almost 200 bux! I don’t know what has happened because I was there a few years ago and the food was extremely good.

   very nice restaurant, drinks were awesome. the only small complaint is that my second drink was stronger than the first. witch made me think it wasn't as good. but if i had it the other way around it would have been perfect, or i would never have known.

    We had made a reservation and arrived about 10 to 15 minutes early to an empty hostess station. We stood for 10 minutes without being acknowledged and were about to leave when the hostess finally appeared and seated us. Service was fair to poor; we rarely saw our waiter. It was obvious no one had taken the time to educate our waiter on the art of his job. My date’s steak was not cooked correctly and she was never asked if it was. We took 3/4 of her meal home to try to salvage it by slicing it and stir frying with the vegetables from her meal. It did make a good lunch the following day. My meal, pork tenderloin, was quite good, although a bit dry. Overall, the meal and dining experience was no better than dining at Applebee’s or another chain. Certainly, I would not consider it “fine dining”. There was a very noisy party in the adjacent room who made it difficult to enjoy our evening out. It was clearly not worth the $140 we spent. I doubt we will return.

    For the first time ever our food was mediocre at best. We had three people ordering different meals and all three meals were just OK. I don’t know if the normal chef wasn’t there or what but it was bad. Our service was terrible. The guy that waited on us had no idea how to serve he was crossing over in front of people while he was serving instead of walking around peoples chairs. We sat waiting for our food for an hour no exaggeration. When we finally asked him it was clear he had not put our order in. The upside our drinks were fantastic. Each drink we ordered was exceptional. I gave the waiter a tip and I shouldn’t have. At any rate it was the first time in five years that I was disappointed with the food.

    3 of us went and considered it phenomenal. Appetizers had a wide variety of choices; we had avocado fries. Yet there were mussels, cajun tacos, thai lettuce wraps and a host of others. For the main course, the filet tips I had was on par with big city restaurants. They had bacon-wrapped sea scallops which melted in your mouth. The chicken cordon bleu was filling and smooth. Choices for toppers on the steak included the standard mushrooms or onions, but also goat cheese! The wine choices were solid and went well with the various choices. Desserts included a large bananas foster, great creme brulee, and sorbet for a lighter touch. The view is great, overlooks a ravine and can see in 3 directions (we had window seats). Easy for physically distancing. Highly recommend.

    Way too overpriced for what it is. Worst brunch I’ve ever been to. Might be good for North Dakota but this wouldn’t fly on the east coast. Orange juice from concentrate like McDonald’s, partially frozen Caesar salad with store bought dressing. I’ve had better omelettes at seedy old diners. Didn’t toast the English muffin. Didn’t bring out butter or jam. Just not good! Yet the prices are comparable to an upscale brunch spot in manhattan or DC. Very confused by this.

    My husband and I went and celebrated our 5th Anniversary. Our waitress Britney was amazing. The food was amazing and very well cooked. I loved that they gave us a complimentary dessert and it was DEVINE!!!! Thank you. I recommended the restaurant to a friend and his wife that was going to celebrate their 20th year Anniversary.

    We made a reservation for 630 PM. Got there at 615 PM. Was seated. We did not receive drinks until 15 min after sitting down. We promptly placed our food order. We did not receive food until 745 PM. It was ok, none of us agreed our food was hot...more warm. Apparently there was wedding party or some event and 3/4 of the restaurant was blocked off. So the view and ambience, was non existent as our table was just piled amongst others. Had I been warned or notified when/after reserving the table, I would have rescheduled to ensure better service and the experience I was hoping for. Our waiter was a male, and wasn't very personable. He seemed annoyed to even be taking peoples orders. After ordering dessert and paying, we did not walk out of the restaurant until 851 PM. Yikes.

    We made a reservation for our anniversary using OpenTable, which is right on their webpage when you open it. When we arrived they did not have our reservation, stating “we don’t always see those” (ones booked online). Food was decent, but service left a bit to be desired.

    Nice table overlooking the golf course. Service was excellent, everyone was very attentive and looking to help. Took a bit to get our cocktails but the wait was worth it as they were very well done. Appetizers and dinner were both A+. Its expensive for a Minot restaurant but the experience is worth it. Highly recommend.

    I took my parents to Elevation, curious as to what the experience would be like for all of us. Well, the food was excellent and I enjoyed the view. The weather was nice, it was a perfect temperature inside the restaurant and the tables, plates and utensils were clean. However, the service was spotty at best. Our server could not remember basic details (bringing back a 'to-go' box, giving me a receipt of the bill, etc.) even after I just asked him for these things and basically forgot about us for most of the time we were there. In his absence, other servers filled in for him. Perhaps he was just having an off night. Also, it was irritating to be seated next to a very loud group of eight (I think they were already drunk when they arrived). It was hard to visit with my parents and I could barely hear them through all the loud talking and laughing. I guess that's the risk you take when you blindly book a reservation in advance. Still, I would recommend Elevation to anyone who asked as I really enjoyed the food and am interested in trying some of the other menu items. I just hope that I won't be placed next to a huge group next time.

    The hostess was very friendly, courteous, and professional having made reservations we were promptly seated and the view from our seat was nice which gave the feel of an upscale restaurant. However, that was the highlight of our meal experience. Our server did not introduce himself, did not refill our drinks during our meal (our glasses were empty several times and we had to ask for them to be refilled) and took a long time to bring/pick our check in short the service from our waiter was unsatisfactory. The uniforms (black pants/aprons) showed dirty on a couple of servers which it shouldn't have been the case since the restaurant had just opened. Also, the server's grooming (beards and hair) was disheveled something that I would not expect at a restaurant with "Country Club" attached to its name. The meal itself was served within a reasonable time, enjoyable, good presentation, and portions. However this would not be a place we would visit again nor recommend visiting because if all these instances occurred when they just had opened I can't begin to imagine how it would be if/when it's "busy".

    Best food, best service in the city of Minot! The cleanliness and the all around atmosphere is second to none! Our server was friendly courteous and very professional! The mimosa’s were absolutely delicious! The food ordered for our party was cooked to perfection and we enjoyed every bite! We will absolutely be returning to the Elevation soon!

    This was my first time at elevation. I’m not sure if it was a normal night or if it was busier for Valentines but no one greeted us at the door and by the time someone came to seat us they didn’t ask if we had a reservation so i don’t know why I bothered to make one. We sat in the bar area next to some other guests but was hoping for more privacy so we could chat. The menu has a large selection so I’m not sure what’s made fresh and in house. I should’ve told my waitress but my meal lacked flavor so I needed to add a lot of salt to it. It’s very expensive for some normal quality/prepared food. I do want to try their brunch though because a lot of people recommend it.

    Food was good, made a reservation for my anniversary. We initially waited to be seated when all the servers were hanging out at the bar. There were only couple tables occupied when we arrived too. Hostess sat us right next to a table of at least 12 people. When there other spots open away from that large loud table. After being seated we waited almost 20 minutes before server came and asked us for our drinks. He said he wasn’t informed that we had arrived. Service was good from here on out. But it was still 30 minutes before we got our cocktails from the time we first sat down, another large group was seated on other side of us too. They gave a free desert for our anniversary. Like said food was good and server was attentive. But for a $100 meal for too was kind of disappointed. There are a few more things I’d like to try on the menu so probably will try again but not for sure.

    It seems like a nice place howver when i arrived there was a party next to us being absurbly loud kinda disturbing us and my food was handed to another table and they realized this and grabbed the food out of their table and placed it in ours... very unprofessional.
