Wait staff service was slow, but once order was placed, the kitchen and food runners seemed to get things out to the table quickly. Were completely out of 8 oz. filet and ribeye steaks. :( Had no idea there was a shortage right now.

Me and my date really enjoyed our experience we had a OUTSTANDING waitress name Kim, she knew her stuff like really knew everything. We can't wait to get back to ELEVATION

Service was very good. We enjoyed a beautiful view as well. I had an 8oz Filet and my wife enjoyed the salmon. Both were cooked to perfection. The creme brûlée for desert was excellent.
One suggestion - the bourbon selection was limited. Elevation would benefit from adding some better single barrel and small batch bourbons.

This is our go-to for any occasion. Always excellent atmosphere, food, and service.

My husband and I dined at Elevation Chop House, his first visit and I'm pleased that he was pleased.

This was definitely not our first time having date night at Elevation, however this time was by far the most memorable and enjoyable. Our server (Kim) was the most warm and welcoming person that we have experienced in all of our restaurant experiences. She went above and beyond to make the necessary recommendations to perfectly compliment our meals (which exponentially raised the overall experience) from appetizer, to entre, to beverages. We are not big desert eaters, but Kim still went on to recommend what we may enjoy. She was not wrong with any suggestions, and continuously ensured that we were thoroughly enjoying ourselves throughout the evening. At the conclusion of our night, she even suggested coming back to experience the brunch on the weekend which we plan to do this coming weekend. It will indeed be an enormous task for anyone else to outperform Kim and the experience she happily exposed us to. We raved at her service and would love to have her again the next time we have an Elevation Chophouse outing.

Overall disappointment. No nitrogen drinks. Food was mediocre. Listened to the waitress tell other patrons about the specials; however didn’t tell my husband and I.

Can’t beat the location. I always love watching the planes land and take off. We had the Ahi Tuna Salad. It was good; but not the best around. Service was great! We will go back.

BEST STEAK AROUND! We’ve been to numerous steak houses and Elevation is hands down the best in the area!

We made reservations, we were seated immediately upon arrival, waitress checked with us letting us know she will be with us shortly, we got our drink order in and drinks were perfectly strong, there was a 15 top table that arrived before us and our food was running a little behind but we enjoyed sitting and watching the jet planes take off, our waitress informed us of all delays on food or drinks because of the large group, my food was slightly cold but still delicious, I like my food super hot my husband didn’t have any issues with his, we celebrated our anniversary and she brought us a free cheese cake. We enjoyed the whole night!

I think our server was Linda and she was the best. So happy, fun and accommodating! Great atmosphere and we really enjoyed a family holiday dinner/

Great friendly staff

Elevation is a local gem. You can’t beat the views of the runway and the planes coming and going to inspire a great meal and dreams of jetting off on vacation.

The server at elevation was extremely attentive and did a great job. The food is generally better than average for steakhouse such as this, however there always seems to be just a little Something conventional about the approach to their entrée designs.

The food and the service were wonderful. The only problem I had was the seating. There were plenty of empty tables, but a couple was seated at the table behind us. There was not 6 feet of distance between the tables.

The space is worn down and old.... the menus made out of plastic..... not at all in alignment with the $51.00 per person meal. Chairs are rickety and seem like they are going to send you crashing to the floor. Chocolate cake dry as a bone.

Lovely atmosphere for Christmas Eve

Our family came for Christmas Eve Dinner in 2019. We all decided this would be our Christmas Eve Restaurant fir years to come. The food was outstanding as well as the service at the Restaurant. I would highly recommend this Restaurant.

What a nice place to eat either with asmall group or a party of 2 it's great food, service and experience.

Food was below par service was good at best. Restaurant not crowded with Covid and sat us right next to another table. Will not be back.

My family enjoyed the atmosphere and food!!! We were celebrating our son’s grades this nine weeks. We ordered steaks and they were cooked to perfection!!! We will definitely return!!!

We love watching the planes. The steaks are small and overpriced. The burgers are great. I set up reservation as a birthday on open table and they didn’t mention it which was a little disappointing.

The food was great! Service was immaculate, everyone was super welcoming and followed all the COVID safety protocols. Tables were also spaced out to accommodate social distancing. Definitely recommend

Nice and rather unusual ambiance and the service was good, but not exceptional. I ordered the filet mignon steak, which was fine, but not at the same level as a first-class steak house. Additionally, I got the mashed potatoes, which were served slightly above room temp. Was also surprised no salad was included or bread served. For the price, I expected a bit better. Not terrible by any means, but my experience was unexceptional and uninspired. I would recommend, but with caveats.

Food was fabulous as usual. It was unfortunately incredibly warm in the restaurant. Twice we asked for the air to be turned on, and as long as it was blowing, it was bearable.

We were there for the Sunday brunch $3 mimosas. Watch a few jets take off and land. Food and service great as usual!!! Dinner is always good too!

We enjoyed ourselves and the food is good, but still a little overpriced. The filet mignon was good, but not better than other less expensive steak houses, however I recommend the excellent bourbon glazed salmon, but I wish they would have done something extra to the plain mashed potato side. The drinks were appropriately strong and good as well.
The ambiance was fine on a Covid limited seating Saturday night, with some people in jeans and baseball caps, while others were dressed nicer for an evening out.

The service was slow. I will not saw my server a couple of times during our dinner. The table next to us I saw the server check on the table several times. When I did see the server they were talking with one of the other servers.

Always a great experience! Can’t wait to go again.
