Elevation is a real gem! I’ve been living in this area for a few years now and I can’t believe I had no idea this place was so close. Great food and the ambience is something you can’t buy. My wife already declared it our new spot!
Great all around. Food and service was great. Consistently good every time, great view of the planes arriving and departing. Right outside 15 feet away, always parked jets
Great steak done well. Enjoyed my date with my wife. A little disappointed that no one told my wife happy anniversary. We enjoyed ourselves and will be back.
Ordered six steaks. Two were not cooked to order and were sent back. One of the returned steaks had no flavor ans was not eaten and removed from the check. Three sides of risotto were barley warm. Dinning room has many windows facing the runway and room was cold as the sun went down. Rock band started at about 6:30 in the bar making conversation impossible. Ordered dessert which took 15 minutes to be served. Service was slow. The dinner lasted over two hours. Elevation appears to cater to bar room customers rather than to diners. The nitro martini. was good, but that was about the only good thing. I suggest Elevation for a round of drinks rather than a meal.
Noisy. Average food, not that great for the price. Won't go there again for dinner. Maybe just for drinks. But won't drive across town.
Thank you Amy for great service! Thank you barkeep for the outstanding chilled old fashion. Thank you Mr. Valet for the speedy service.
The kitchen needs to step up their game. Based on the star rating, they get only two stars (fair). I had the seared half chicken. The chicken was dry and tough. The cauliflower was cool. My wife sent her cauliflower back to be reheated. I was a bit taken back. This was a total 180 from the last times we were there. The other peeve I had and this is a personal pet peeve, was the plating. Why would you plate this meal in a plate with high sides? I did not pay attention to the sides available (my fault), but why would you serve this dish with cold cauliflower? With the mash potatoes and cauliflower, it was monochromatic. As always the crème brulee was delicious.
Would I return? Yes. Does everybody have an off day? Yes.
LOVE this place for lunch/dinner but was under impressed with the brunch. Still will visit again and again.
Venue was very loud! Service was excellent and food was spot on. I just couldn’t hear my wife or server due to noise level. They need to put up some acoustic baffles on the ceiling and walls to dampen sound.
Food was below sub-par. I asked for medium well lamb, and I had to send it back TWICE because it was as if the lamb was raw. They didn't even offer to bring me another meal, nor did they say they would cover the food expenses for the mistakes they made. The view was nice, but overall not worth the disaster we had there.
“Tink” our waitress was wonderful. She was very knowledge and attentive. She had great suggestion and the food was great.
Top tier pricing and presentation but food is average at best. I was really looking forward to my brisket, but it was tough, dry and bland. My wife had the seared chicken and she was okay with it but nothing special. The nitro martinis were enjoyed by the two women that had them.
It was my husband's birthday and wanted to go to a new restaurant to celebrate. Elevation Chophouse fit the bill. It was new and exciting. One, the restaurant is situated in the middle of an airport where you can see the planes take off and two experiencing the liquid nitrogen drinks, was new and exciting!! We have never experienced that before. Thanks to Tinkerbell (our waitress) for making this a great night!!!
Wonderful evening, Ashley our server was wonderful, always smiling and available when needed. The food was great.
Great place, recommend the nitro margarita, our guests loved them !
Great food and service! Took my mom after attending the theater. Would definitely go back!
Dress code is all over the place. Very nice place but allow t-shirts???
We found that the service was very good. The menu offered a good variety of selections. My duck meal was fairly good, but it could be improved with a half duck instead of two leg portions. Also the accompanying side items need to be improved for a more tasty and pleasing meal.
I've never had a bad meal at Elevation, however.....I've never been blown away by the food either.
The price was very expensive. The food portions were very small for the price.
Great spot to hangout and have a great meal. Great atmosphere!
My husband & I went to Elevation for Valentines Day, unaware they would be offering a prefixed menu ($65pp) However we stayed & dined anyways because we have never had a bad experience here. Plz not the prefix options looked like an afterthought. We were in for a rude awakening, the food did not taste fresh & the pre-fix options were extremely limited & no substitutions or additional items could be purchased. That experience alone has me never wanting to patron Elevation Chophouse again.
It is AWESOME when the diner is $70.00 per person and the Chop House allows patrons to wear t-shirts and hats; patrons at Friday's dress nicer. They try to be classy, but when you allow rift raft in wearing crappy clothes...better off going to Capital Grill. Food is better there and I do not have to look at t-shirts and hats. Did someone say Lip Stick On A pig???
The steak was amazingly tender, They made a special limited menu for Valentine’s Day that we really enjoyed. Special desserts special soaps it was a great night.
My wife and I had a 6:15pm reservation and were not taken to sit until 7:00pm. Manager didn’t offer much of a sincere apology for the delay. You go out on a Valentines date and spend $160 for a meal and you would expect a much better experience overall.
Small portions and the prices are outrageous for the size of food you get. Spent $160 for a dinner for two with one very small appetizer, one entree of a very fatty steak and a not fresh dessert. No drinks. Will never come back.
Food was really great. Special menu for Valentine's day was well constructed and tasty! Always enjoy our time spent at Elevation Chop House.
Great place to get away without going far from home. Love that they take reservations. Food was excellent.
We always have a great time here, this was for my birthday so hubby called ahead to ensure a good window table. The view is always so cool and the staff are great. Food was delicious and it truly made my birthday special, thank you!!!
Great night. Nice service. Was a birthday dinner, and they gave us a nice surprise for dessert. All servers were very nice. I’d go again for sure.
We were very well taken care of-our waiter was very attentive and made sure we always had everything we needed to celebrate our friends birthday! Thanks to Michael, the owner, for his awesome care as well!!!
Fun experience in a unique environment. The nitrogen martinis make for an interesting pre dinner drink. Steaks were perfectly cooked and rival any of the higher end restaurants in the area.
Very noisy and not a romantic setting. There are no hidden tables or secluded areas where you can feel alone with your date it’s a very open table setting. The food is good but very expensive. It has a 5 Star expense but you only get a 3 Star experience. We were set next to a family of kids who were so noisy that the waiter kept apologizing for them. I had taken my wife out for her birthday and wanted a quiet setting but we unfortunately felt like we were at a McDonalds playland.
Nicole was amazing! She gave awesome recommendations on the salmon, which was delicious and the NY Strip was cooked to perfection. The nitro martinis were the best. Five stars!
Just a great restaurant, the food and drinks are outstanding. Nitrogen drinks are a must try. Great views of the airport and runways up close. The restaurant has never disappointed us.
It was my birthday and this was my first time and enjoyed everything.
We enjoyed our anniversary dinner as first time guests. Food was great and so was the service.
This restaurant tucked away in the Kennesaw International airport is so unique and fun it is worth the drive to visit. Do Not Miss the Pancake Donuts!! They are amazing; sweet, fried, syrupy and exactly what they sound like. Nitrogen drinks are fun to watch being made table side. Though these sound gimmicky, they are actually tasty and done without guile. We recommend this restaurant for its brunch and airplane watching.
Birthday celebration - expectations were set high but was disappointed. No big deal however would not return back again!!!
My daughter made this reservation for my 70th birthday. This was our first time at Elevation. I want you to know that Terai "Tink" made our dining experience very special. She was extremely pleasant and personable. Explained all the dishes and appetizers and is an asset to your restaurant. I greatly appreciated her personal touch that made our first time so "special". I tried to go on line to your website the day after our visit, but couldn't find a place to leave a comment. So glad you emailed my daughter for a follow-up.
I had such a fantastic time at this restaurant. The service was great and the food was amazing. You get to view the planes up close from window and the restaurant has an incredible atmosphere. Would definitely recommend
Right at the airport, this restaurant has a fun atmosphere and good food. The menu has a wide selection of cuisine options, the service was good, and there is a full bar for plenty of beverage options.
