   Absolutely fab across the board. Best burger of my life- a great atmosphere with a most gracious , talented chef and owner (Kevin)with wonderful servers who r so accommodating and hospitable- (Andi)with great music from local artists like Dusty Smith! Even the local guests eating there are welcoming! Can’t wait to visit again!🥰⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ yum

   Excellent food and service as always. We are frequent visitors to Elevation and have never been disappointed. With the return of the fantastic pork chop to the menu, there is truly something for everyone. The live music in the front dining room is a little loud for us, the back dining room is much better. Chef always finds time to visit each table, which is a nice addition to the quality service.

   Husband and I came here for dinner while visiting the area. We had a 4 pm seating. Our appetizers were good and arrived quickly. Our meal however took at least an hr and 15 minutes. I ordered NY strip at market value which was $58. The steak was a good size but way overcooked. I asked for medium it was well. I asked for it to be lightly charred and the entire side was black. It was hard to eat and chew. We still had a 3 hr drive home so I didn’t say anything I just wanted to get home. Server was nice. Will not return.

   Anniversary meal did not disappoint! Fontana was a wonderful server. I had the shrimp and my husband ate the pork chop. Both entrees were delicious.

    Absolutely incredible food… we ordered two different entrees and shared them… Fontana is the best server we have had in a long time… this is truly a hidden gem… definitely 5 stars!!!! You won’t be disappointed!!!

    This was a wonderful meal! My wife and I were in Mentone for a wedding and decided to have supper at Elevation Bistro. We both had an excellent Caesar Salad and she had the burger and I had the airline chicken. Both were exceptional! You won't find a menu posted online anywhere. The chef told us that he puts the menu together daily depending on what ingredients he can get from the local farms. I had the sweet potato bread pudding for dessert which was one of the best bread puddings I've had. This is a creation of the chef. He told us that one of his farmers had an excess of sweet potatoes and asked if the chef could use them. He spent about a week testing different ideas and produced sweet potato bread pudding! Expect to spend more here than at most restaurants. It's worth it!

    We loved everything about our experience. The wine, drinks, and the farm to table food were absolutely perfect. We went back the next day to relax at the bar, enjoy the live music, and sample more menu items. The owner is very hands on and has a true passion for what he does. Definitely recommend Elevation Bistro!

    Two friends took me out for my birthday (#52). We enjoyed the Mozzarella appetizer and each of us had the Bistro Burger, which we all enjoyed. Incredible dining experience (noise level was just right, service impeccable, and food outstanding). Highly recommend.

    This was my fourth visit and it was just as good as the prior three! Kevin and his staff are superb with a casual, yet still elegant, character that makes everyone comfortable and feel as they are the honored guests. Kevin also treats his guests as if he is honored that you chose to dine at his house. Although Elevation is some 300 miles from the coast, everyone raved about his snapper dish and the NY Strip was amazing. Do NOT miss out on the Bittersweet Brownie Sundae. Mercy! Elevation Bistro is definitely worth the travel.

    Only reason I said moderate noise level was because of the live music which was great…woman singing and playing guitar played a nice variety of music! Waiter was perfect! Fried mushrooms were sooo good! Light and crispy! Snapper and beets and greens were delicious and hubby ate every bit! Lemon chicken was tender, full of flavor and when I could t eat it all, hubby finished it! Crème brûlée incredible!!! Both of our cocktails perfect! We will definitely be back!!!

    I think this is our new favorite place! All the dishes we tried were fantastic, everything is farm to table and beautifully done. Wait staff were all very attentive and pleasant. Definitely make reservations, this gem of a place is not very big and come busy season you’ll want to be sure you get a table!

    The ambience was wonderful, the service beyond great! The opinions on our food ranged from “it’s alright” to “this is inedible.” Considering the prices, I expected a higher quality food experience. I would return for drinks and an appetizer, but it seems the entrees are a hit or miss. Again, the service was a 10/10 and the ambiance was lovely!

    They only had 1 NY Strip when we ordered at 4:00 reservations. Had to get 1 sirloin steak. Very tough meat and not that good. Told the waitress it was tough, she offered to take it back to the kitchen but we were limited on time and declined. Saw the chef go to several tables but didn’t bother to come by ours to discuss the meat. We have eaten at this place a dozen times and this was not a good experience for our family.

    Service could be faster, especially with drinks. Waiting too long for food is more acceptable if you have your drink and haven’t had to wait too long for it.

    Service was slow but I only saw one waitress. It was a great meal. You didn’t feel rushed. Cocktails were good. Ciabatta bread and butter was an appetizer and was very good. Shrimp dish my husband ordered was good but would have been a little spicy for me. I got the New York strip which was cooked perfectly. Will definitely return. Fontana, our waitress, was running her legs off but was attentive.

    Our Valentine’s dinner was wonderful. Starter of delicious grilled ciabatta. Great crab cakes and ribeye for entree and yummy crème brûlée for dessert. Great meal and enjoyable time.

    Elevation is a great dining experience. My wife enjoyed the Airline Chicken and the chopped salad. I had the chopped salad and the crab cakes. We were too full to enjoy dessert. The vegetable side, mine roasted root vegetables and hers thin sliced carrots that appeared and tasted liked they were cooked on a grill or flattop, were tasty. Two downsides- took over 10 minutes, which seems like an eternity when sitting at a table, for the waitress to stop at our table. But once contact was made the service was prompt. The chopped salad wasn’t chopped

    Birthday dinner for my husband. Food is ALWAYS INCREDIBLE. As well as the drinks. Best dirty martini if you are interested. Caesar salad is the real deal. Menu changes but you can’t go wrong with any selection. But let’s get to the real important menu item. The sweet potato bread pudding. My husband doesn’t even like sweet potatoes but he will fight you for this dessert. They even stuck a candle in it for his birthday. Always excellent service, food, atmosphere and drinks! They even had live music last night and she was awesome! Just go!!!
