Finally, good food in Tampa. We haven't been able to have as many date nights as we'd like since moving to Tampa a little over a year ago and with a little one. We are huge foodies though and absolutely this redtaurant. The beef tartare served with foie gras definitely left it's impression. It is day 2 since our dining experience and I am still thinking about it, and salivating over it. AMAZING. The service was excellent as well! Highly recommend!

One of the most underrated fine dining restaurants in Tampa. Less grand than Bern's but with the same outstanding quality you'd expect from the same owners. The steak tartare was phenomenal and the duck breast main course was the best we've tasted anywhere. Service was excellent and the restaurant is tucked inside an upscale boutique hotel so it has nice, quiet ambiance.

I’ve been once before and had a good experience. The 2nd time I did not. The waiter was actually the same and very good. The food however was pretty bad overall. I decided to try their burger since last time I had the steak. I wanted to keep it casual and was completely disappointed. It was like a bunch of meats piled together and burnt with no taste. It was just not at all the quality I was expecting. I did not even finish it and that says everything about anything I eat lol.

While I am, by no means, a gourmet, neither is mine an unsophisticated palette. I have dined at Elevage for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Breakfast was divine (Eggs Benedict), as was lunch (Salad and Soup). Dinner did not meet my expectations. The Wild Mushroom Bisque was lovely. Regarding the entree, the flavors were, by and large, appealing but it was almost as though there were too many flavors. The food was just too rich. There were four of us; two had the Salmon en Persillade and two of us had the Lamb Shank. Everyone else enjoyed the Banana Bread Pudding. For me, it was not warm enough.

Overall, I would say it was a lovely evening but I will look forward more to Brunch or Lunch than Dinner in future.

Overall my experience was good! I was disappointed in the service that was delivered by the servers that hosted us that evening. They were not pleasant, non welcoming, and what appeared to be annoyed by the party size.

our steak was overcooked and for over $100.00 it should be cooked right
we mentioned to the server this is medium and we ordered medium rare and she agreed it was overcooked but that is how it came from the kitchen
i should have rejected the steak

Was certainly a great unique experience to remember. Joel was an awesome server. Joel was friendly, attentive and accomodating to our requests. The food tasted delicious. Enjoyed the NEW ENGLAND CLAM CAKES as an appetizer and the succulent BRANZINO VERACRUZ as an entree. The BRANZINO VERACRUZ is by any stretch of the imagination not short of excellent.
I would HIGHLY recommend the dining experience at ELEVAGE.

This was my second time here for brunch and again the staff were lovely, the French toast was amazing, and the ambience was wonderful. Love bringing guests here before their flight back home.

Fun evening. Our server Tiffany paid special attention to our guest who was celebrating his birthday. Food was good. From the beer salad, the bar bq oysters, steak tartare, shrimp appetizer to the bronzino and steak frites matin course ans desserts all was good. The fries were not at all what we expected... Not at all frites. But the rest was good. A fun night out with good friends!

This was our first visit to Elevage, and it was to celebrate my birthday. I was greeted with a birthday card from our server, and the evening just got better from there. Great wine list, very unique menu items, and everything we had was just superb. I had the Steak Frites, (thank you, Berns) and my husband had the blackened grouper. The bread was great and service could not have been better.

Went there for a bachelorette party and the staff and service was amazing!! Food and drinks were delicious and reasonably priced. Would definitely go back and highly recommend!!
