Returning customer after many good experiences. Service was good, but food was fair. Thought the seafood linguine was not good - watery sauce and tasted very plain. Chicken wings were great, as always!

Great spot to dine with the teenagers! The chicken wings were 'better than Tribeca's' and that's saying something! The main courses were a bit average. Very good service and attentive waiting staff.

Pre-booking certainly helped us on a busy Friday night with cinemas emptying out nearby. Service was excellent and very efficient. Corn chips and chicken wings appetisers and burgers as mains meant no room for desserts but thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

Lovely restaurant

Well run with very efficient and friendly staff. Excellent food and great facilities. It was also great to be able to eat indoors (proof of vaccination needed) with confidence. Looking forward to going back

The chicken wings are always top notch! Can always rely on elephant and Castle for good food and great ambiance, 10/10.

Food and service were great, but the tables were far too close together. We we’re probably 1-2 feet from the people next to us. It did make us very uncomfortable and we didn’t get to fully enjoy ourselves.

They did a great job making us comfortable outside, considering the rain, other tables, and the rush hour traffic

Striploin steak was superb, cheese burger equally as good and portions very generous.

Great atmosphere and lovely setting, but the burger was a let down unfortunately. Lovely starter and great wine, would go back but just not order the burger!

Slow to receive mains after starter. Asked if chicken fillet was plain. Was breaded. Ate it as I was hungry. Cheese melted on burger look liked it had curdled. Left too long under grill. Who still uses butter head lettuce on burger?. Loads of different types out there. Wings were good though.

Elephant & Castle have the best chicken wings in Dublin. Go there if you love your wings! The staff were very friendly and we weren't 'kicked out' the minute the meal was over. Always a bonus. Would definitely recommended Elephant & Castle and the toilet facilities are on the ground floor which are very accessible and spotless too!

The hosts was kind of rude like he was doing me a favour giving us a table, looking at bus up and down his attitude was not nice at all, our waitress on the other hand was good ... I ordered a burger, meet was cold and chips too, I asked for Tomato sauce and mayonnaise these, never arrived. I had very high expectations as it was a recommendation for a friend of mine. The wings were little bit burned.

My wife and i visited elephant and Castle in Rathmines. We had a wonderful evening. The staff were very welcoming and looked after us superbly. The staff are a credit to the restaurant. The restaurant is really nice and has a great atmosphere. The menu is very good and we really enjoyed our food. Once again the chicken wings are a huge winner.
We will definitely be back again.

Elephant & Castle is a great eatery. Been there many times as the food, service, ambience etc is fine. It is a little pricey but in no way would it stop me going there as a treat now and again. The choice from the menu is extensive to say the least. Drinks menu is the same.

While booking mentioned it was a birthday and got Icecream with candles! Was super sweet

The food was nice. Potato gratin were a little dry, could be creamy . Service was great. A little cold where we were sitting. Overall nice evening.

Food was lovely. Our server was friendly and very good. My only problem is that from my table position I could see the staff behind the scenes were not wearing masks. These were the people putting our food on the plates and generally assisting the kitchen!

The staff were all very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed or wanted, we were sitting outside but there were always staff around so we weren’t sitting waiting for anything long. They were very attentive and the food was lovely. Great place to go!

Fantastic service

my pal had covid cert & photo ID. However I only had my Covid cert so we had to sit outdoors so it was noisy but that was my error.

Lovely friendly helpful team working there from Front-of-house, waiter and it was reassuring that Covid indoor dining was being enforced [I forgot photo ID so instead of our reserved indoor table we had to dine outdoors]

The bowl of spicy wings blew our minds! Loved the steak and risotto as well!
