   Food was amazing, service was amazing. There was more than enough food, great value for money. There was a young lad that served us, he was extremely polite and couldn’t have done enough for us.

   Really lovely meal. The staff were excellent and happy to cater for my friend who is vegan. Thank you for a great experience.

   This restaurant serves decent food but the staff need to be trained to treat customers attentively and helpfully. The service is poor and needs dealing with. You can wait a long time to get any service.

    I would recommend the Elephant and Castle as a place to visit to eat. The food was lovely and the chicken wings were absolutely amazing. Lovely and professional service was received throughout our dining.

    Food and service was great. They’re very accommodating when you have a small child with you. I also didn’t realise but the booking we made gave us 40% off food so that was a nice treat.

    Not a vast menu and a bit short on vegetables. Food served was v.good. We were making use of the 40% off offer otherwise I would say that food is overpriced at this establishment.

    Service was great, they seated us by the window, they provided extra sides that weren't normally with the dish, we had the chicken supreme and it was gorgeous. They couldn't do enough for us, thank you and we'll definitely be back x

    When we arrived we were seated to our table and then the waitress left without even offering us any drinks. We waited roughly 10 to 15 minutes before anyone came over to offer us drinks and to take our order. The restaurant was very quiet at the time we arrived there was only one other table of 2 people in the restaurant so we was very confused as to why the long wait for offering drinks? We then waited over half an hour for our order and what came was wrong! I asked for some vegetables with my meal and I asked if they had any broccoli as I'm not a fan of green beans. The waitress said it was fine and took my order. It came without broccoli but it did have the green beans on which I didn't want. The other waitress said they don't do broccoli and she shouldn't have told me that there was. Iwas so frustrated because had I known this before I would of chosen something else off of the menu. The waitress did offer the chance to change however would of resulted in another half an hour wait for food. The food didn't look very appealing and so in the end we decided to leave! I won't be going again. Such a shame because the decor and location is lovely.

    We had a lovely time at Elephant and Castle. We had 40% of food which made it a real bargain. Staff were lovely and helpful and even brought my husband a surprise birthday muffin. All in all we had a lovely time.

    An absolutely fantastic place to get together with friends and family, from friendly service through fabulous meals to guilty treats. Every visit is a pleasure and this was no different. A cheeky menu change added something new for everyone with old favourites still available. Can't wait to meet up again soon.

    Went for breakfast thete where 6 of us, service was a little slow ,had to wait for a bit drinks for a while then once they came some where cold! Food was nice but could have been warmer. Yes! I would give it another go. Booked on open table and received 40% off.

    I enjoy coming to Elephant & Castle because it never fails to satisfy ! The atmosphere is amazing and the staff is very kind, they are always happy to explain the menu when unsure. The food is fresh every time I come and it tastes incredible.

    Our booking was for an anniversary, which was not acknowledged by staff We originally sat in a window seat but the sun was too strong so we moved without difficulty. Our drinks were served first but our food was served a while later. The food, when it came, was delicious although my husband’s steak was slightly underdone. The negatives were 1) little flies (fruit?) bombarding us and settling on our drinks glasses at every opportunity. The staff member said he was sick of them. 2) the toilets were out of order and it was necessary to go to the Public Conveniences nearby. I very much disliked having to do this. Staff member said they were waiting for approval from management to get repairs!

    It’s been a long time since we last enjoyed a meal at elephant and Castle in Dublin. The staff were very welcoming very helpful really well set out venue, toilets were out of use so we had to use the facilities in the shopping centre not really a problem. The wings were very good thoroughly enjoyed them and we would go again Thank you

    A very pleasant venue with tables placed a suitable distance apart for a little privacy. The food was very good, tasty, plentiful and good value. The staff are always extremely helpful, polite and friendly. All in all a very enjoyable experience.
