   Excellent service and food options with generous desserts. A reliable go-to for family occasions but versatile for couples and bigger groups too. Chicken wings are a very popular choice but menu includes something for everyone.

   Menu change not a wise move.. burgers chilli and mushroom & herb should be back on the menu. Also, food generally has dropped in quality since new co structure.

   Dear Brian; We apologies our new menu has not meet your expectations. However, there are new items that have been well received, like our new burger patty, salads, chicken schnitzel and more. Please come back and try some of the new dishes.

   Lovely menu, amazing staff – very helpful and polite. We celebrated a children's birthday party here, and all of our little quirks and issues were handled quickly and efficiently. Thank you for making it such a smooth and joyful experience!

   A nice meal overall but we were very disappointed that the dirty fries recipe had changed. The normal siracha and cheddar cheese topping had been replaced with bucket type cheap cheese. Ruined the experience. Won’t be returning or ordering take out anymore.

   As always, amazing food and service. A firm favourite with my work colleagues and I think its one of the nicest venues, warm and cosy. Food always a winner for all the team.

   Your staff are very good, attentive and friendly. Was a bit disappointed with the new chicken burger though It was quite soggy...the breadcrumbs burger before was much better in my opinion and much more flavour.

   Nice atmosphere and great service. Chicken wings were not nice and crispy like before. Burger buns were different and not good different. Generally I felt like the food just wasn't as good as before. I've been eating in Elephant & Castle restaurants loads in past 19 years and hardly ever been disappointed. This time I was.
