Executive Chef Scott Anderson chose the name "elements" for the restaurant because he is passionate about sourcing fresh, local, organic ingredients and sustainably raised meats and seafood. He wants the very elements of your meal to play a major role in the taste of it. Then he and his team work to reveal the complementary flavor dimensions inherent in the elements by skillfully combining them—often in edgy new ways. Restaurant menus change constantly here, making this the dinner restaurant that is excitingly different every time you return.

If you're a foodie, you want to know where—and how--your food grew. It's fascinating, it's a good health practice and it provides extra pleasure from everyday experiences, like a meal with friends. elements is the American restaurant serving local steak and seafood, but with global influences in seasoning and cooking methods. Elements Chef’s tasting menu is a great evening experience. The food is very inspired and every dish is picture worthy. The staff creates a wonderful environment surrounding the meal and even added a personal touch for our anniversary. The wine pairing is a nice compliment if you’re interested but they also have fun cocktails and mocktails if that’s more your speed. Come hungry as the portions add up across all of the courses. One of my favorite spots in NJ.

The food was more than I could have asked for and the service was outstanding. The only small complaint that I have is that the dessert course was just a little too sweet for my liking, such as the wine being very sweet along with the food but the pastry’s during that course were amazing. Other than that I have nothing at all to say bad about my experience.

Our experience was outstanding. Food was absolutely delicious, service was perfect, and atmosphere very relaxing and enjoyable. The Five Course choice is incredible. Highly recommended for those "Special" occasions.

What a wonderful, unique dining experience. The food was so creative and complex and each course was complimented by a perfect wine pairing. Definitely try this one of a kind experience.

It was an amazing experience, you expect the prices to be high at a fine dining establishment. The cocktails were mediocre but the food, the leveling of taste and the fun ways the chefs incorporated the items in the dishes was amazing.

Chef Anderson creates amazing dishes. Unique, beautiful, finest quality and absolutely delicious. Service is impeccable but not over the top. It is expensive, but worth every penny. My highest recommendation.

Elements is a destination for us. The food offerings are creative and perfectly presented. The server's knowledge of the wine and beer pairings is impeccable. We are already looking forward to our next reservation. If you're staying in Princeton, couple it with a stay at the Peacock.

It was the best meal we’ve had in Princeton. Perfect for an anniversary or birthday. They were able to make every course gluten free which was a treat.
