Executive Chef Scott Anderson chose the name "elements" for the restaurant because he is passionate about sourcing fresh, local, organic ingredients and sustainably raised meats and seafood. He wants the very elements of your meal to play a major role in the taste of it. Then he and his team work to reveal the complementary flavor dimensions inherent in the elements by skillfully combining them—often in edgy new ways. Restaurant menus change constantly here, making this the dinner restaurant that is excitingly different every time you return.

If you're a foodie, you want to know where—and how--your food grew. It's fascinating, it's a good health practice and it provides extra pleasure from everyday experiences, like a meal with friends. elements is the American restaurant serving local steak and seafood, but with global influences in seasoning and cooking methods.     We are currently offering a $129 Five Course Tasting Menu. We will happily accommodate allergies/dietary restrictions with advanced notice. Optional wine pairing priced at $79 per person. Please notate allergies/dietary restrictions. We also offer our 15-course Chef's Tasting Menu at 5:00, 5:15, 6:45 and 7:00 on Wednesday and Thursday; and 5:00, 5:15, 8:00 and 8:15 Friday and Saturday.

        Wonderful experience with their 15 Course Chef's Tasting Menu which was really about 20 courses. Absolutely exceptional and very reasonable for the quality and quantity you were served and gorgeous presentations. Very knowledgeable wait-staff, particularly about wine.

        We did the 5 course tasting menu and truly enjoyed each dish. Not only were but happy, but also very full.

        It's always a pleasure dining at Elements and Mother's Day Brunch was no exception. "Special occasion" restaurant events usually have boring menus, complacent service and gouging prices. In contrast, Elements offered a serious set of adult menu choices (oysters with salmon roe, lamb pasta, crab omelettes, nettle croquets, etc.) that provided choices for every palate and was consistently flavorful and fun. Attentive but not over-bearing service and an ambience that somehow accommodated to children while allowing adult conversation rounded out the experience. And, of course, the desserts were scrumptious and the bread serving is always an anticipated course. Elements is expensive, but where pancakes and pre-cooked bacon costs $30 right around the Princeton corner, it's worth the cost, especially for a special event or any event you want to make special.

        Superb experience, one of the best we've had! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the food, service and watching the kitchen chefs do their creations. Will definitely be back.

        Elements remains the best restaurant in the Princeton area. Great food, service and the kitchen theatre with raging flames and tireless Chef Anderson. A treat highly recommebded.

        While the menu and food was top notch, there were a few service blips that made the experience less than desirable. I was called the day before to confirm and asked about a special occasion. The person on the phone asked for our names so they could provide us with a a celebratory card. While at the restaurant, our server offered to wrap up our bread and then we never received it. Upon leaving, I also noticed we never received the card either. While these are just minor things, it still does not align with a chefs tasting menu and a $600 bill. The expectation is to have top notch service. As for the food, it would be nice to offer a 10 course menu as the chef tasting was A LOT and some dishes were not impressive (smoked brassicas, Kanpachi, radish)
