Arrived for dinner at appointed time. Worker there said sorry we only do takeout. I asked then why did you accept my reservation, worker just smirked.
I was able to secure an open table reservation on a Sunday night. We drove to the restaurant & it was closed. I don’t know why this reservation was able to be made as the staff at the hotel said the restaurant is always closed on Sunday.
Server was amazing, food was good but on the pricey side. It was a great atmosphere. Overall we loved it. Wish the menu had a few more choices but didn't taste anything we didn't like.
Terrible, showed up and there were 12 people waiting in the lobby. Apparently they overbooked on OpenTable, did not have our name on the list, we left and went someplace else.
Calamari and the Tuna Poke appetizers were excellent. Entree’s were mediocre at best and certainly overpriced for the quality. The one exception was the Ahi salad which was excellent. Our waiter was exceptional and made the meal very enjoyable.
The atmosphere was nice and quiet. Missed the old Shula's menu which had more appetizers and other menu items. A bit pricey for lunch but all in all the food was good.
Service could have been a little bit faster but our server was attentive. Will probably try again.
I would recommend as the atmosphere is great, but the menu seems overpriced.
You don't get a lot of food for the amount charged. The food is good but not worth the amount charged.
This place used to be a favorite. Now, I'm surprised they are in business. Will never return after last weekend dinner experience. Simply put, they don't care and they are well understaffed.
Wait staff and food were great. Bartender was a real Delta Bravo. Laughed hard when he broke a bunch of glasses messing up my drink order. Overall great experience.
Meal was great .. NHL Hockey finals made it a little noisy ... it was ok ..
Thanks for a great evening anniversary meal ..
Average at best. Like the waiter said it's only "shulas" in the name the food was average at best. The service was definitely the worst part. If you want real shulas your just gonna have to go to Florida because that's where the real undefeated steak is at not this 7-9 restaurant.
I was disappointed that they were out of crab cakes the night we went. I ordered the Shrimp instead and it could have used some more flavor. My husband and son both ordered the Filet Mignon cooked the same way. One of the steaks was cooked right and the other one was over cooked and tough. The prime rib ordered by my daughter in law was excellent so it was a mixed bag as far as food quality. Our Waiter Collin was very good. He was friendly and efficient. We would probably give the 347 Grill another try but I would call first to see if they have the crab cakes.
The food and service is always excellent I also like the ambiance of the restaurant.
For the price, it was just ok. The food was good, the ambiance was fine, the waiter was fine, but for slightly upscale pricing, it didn’t feel or taste much above the typical sit-down chain
I was a little disappointed with our visit to Shula's 347. I had the New York strip. It was cooked very well, but was one of the toughest steaks I have had in a long time. I don't feel that the quality was equal to the cost. The service to me was also sub Par. Our server was almost never around and never offered to refill our drinks. When it came time for the check he just set it on the table in passing saying he was very busy even though the place was half empty. Not sure if I would try again.
Shula's appears to be heading downhill quickly. The crabcake was old and looked like it had been dropped a couple times. The greenbeans were dry and chewy, the prime rib, while cooked properly temperature wise was tough and wasn't properly seasoned.
It's a shame a place that I have enjoyed so much has fallen so far so fast.
Food not as good as your shulas steakhouses. Ordered well done steak & it was medium. Baked potato was hard wasn’t fully cooked.
Food was okay - nothing spectacular. Decor is rather open and "modern" - the restaurant feels more like it's just in a corner of the hotel, rather than a separate entity... it's more of a bar than a restaurant. Service was good. Also, they were out of every beer I ordered, until I finally settled on Heineken.
The food is too overpriced for the quality. Our server didn’t introduce himself or offer any kind of foods that would be good to try. Overall very disappointed with this restaurant.
Got right in. Good food and good service
Our server was absolutely horrible. We got our appetizer and our food at the same exact time he took our food back and 20 minutes later I am sure I got the same $45 stake back That had just been sitting in the warmer the entire time. This steak had no flavor and of the mashed potatoes tasted like plaster. At the end he asked us if we’d like a dessert menu we said yes, we tried to order and then were told that they were out of everything..... Horrible experience I will never go back.
The food was pretty bland and not as I would have expected. Steak was very average for higher than average price. Rather go to Fleming’s or Ruth Chris. Better atmosphere
Everything was great, but the steak was awful! It was grainy, like it was old meat. I’d have thought for a $36 steak, it would be better....
The server had a terrible attitude.
The asparagus I ordered was brown and when I mentioned it to the server, he offered to get me fresh asparagus but I'm wondering why the chef didn't put that on my plate to begin with.
The bottle of wine we ordered was opened before the server brought it to our table.
The fillet we ordered was cooked properly.
I have visited Shula’s in various cities. This location was a disappointment. The bar service was less than expected and table service inexperienced. Site management needs to pay better attention to improving the quality of service.
Fantastic food, fantastic service Sunday evening. Crab cakes, Prime Rib, Airline Chicken, Creme Brûlée - all perfect. Exactly what we have come to expect from Shula’s 347.
Thank you for an excellent dining experience!
Great food and service , fairly priced and quality was excellent
My date was presented with a rose at the door. Staff was terrific. Martini was terrific. Steak... I ordered medium rare. It came out overcooked. My date ordered medium rare. Hers was perfect.
Any restaurant that has Shula's in the name better live up to the reputation.
Service was spotty. Completed (dirty) plates still on the table as we left the restaurant after paying the bill.
Orders did not come the way we ordered them. Items on the menu not coming with the order.
Steak was under-cooked - twice. We gave up on getting a new one.
The shrimp appetizer, pork ribs and creme brulee were amazing! The steak was just okay...needed more seasoning. Friendly staff. We were seated at a booth which they need to be fixed or removed... whenever the person behind me moved, the whole booth shook. Frustrating!
We will go again but request to be seated at a table.
Such good food, nice people, great service. Will be going back!
We loved the food and the service was wonderful. I highly recommend Shulas for a nice evening out.
I was alone on business and this Restaurant was adjacent to the hotel I was staying at. I have been to Schula’s restaurant in Chicago in years past and it was pretty good. I ordered a Woodford reserve Manhattan, up. What I received was a small hi ball glass with ice which appeared to be something other than requested. She took it back to the bartender who did not remake the drink but put it into a shaker and poured into the attached photo of a martini glass. Small to say the least. I ordered a filet which came out less than warm. At $33 for a 7 oz it could have been hot. The flavor was good and when the server asked if she could have it reheated, I declined. You just never know.
I felt sorry for the young server as she had apologized to the other 2 tables she was working. This was her first job at a restaurant. She should have had more help.
This was our first time visiting Shula's. We hear about them all of the time from watching Utah Grizzlies hockey. At first glance this place looked contemporary and modern. Small but nicely laid out wine rack. Bar section with a large select of draughts and mixed drinks.
We got seated right away and had cocktails really quick, but that is where the excitement ended. I am not sure if its a great idea having the guy who tends the bar, double as our waiter. Because he was spending more time behind the bar, I believe this is why our food arrived warm. Through out the meal we had to keep asking questions from another server as we did not see our waiter again until it was time for his tip.
The food was warm as mentioned, but rather bland. I loved my wife's salmon but she did not. The smashed potatoes were great, but the steak was not. For a 40 day aged steak I would have expected more. For the price I could have gotten a hotter, better tasting steak from Sizzler. We went on our way, but the fun didn't stop there. I felt like I had indigestion all night and could not stop burping their food.
I am not even sure I would go back if someone else offered to pay for my meal. Rather disappointed in the experience and for the price, I expected more...
We had the rib eye fixed meal, the prime rib, spare ribs, a burger and a veggie burger. None of us liked our meal. Both the veggie as well as the Shula burgers were burned, the fries were as soggy and greasy as I’ve ever seen them. The prime rib, rib eye and spare ribs were all cold and tasted incredibly blend. The quality of the meat was terrible and it was lacking spices.
One of the worst meals we’ve had in a long time. Seemed like nobody in the kitchen cared.
Anniversary, I proposed to my wife on Christmas Eve.
I had the ribs they were awfull. Not sure what I could say about them besides take them off the menu. My party enjoyed there meal choices but the ribs were the worst I have ever had!
This was my first visit to Shula's , it was our suggestion prior to attending a Christmas concert. We were greeted immediately by the hostess and seated promptly. My wife ordered a Martini only to be told they were completely out of olives.. She ordered wine instead. Three of the four of us ordered the Filet ordered in different degrees of preparation (2 medium and one Medium rare). The food was delivered in a timely manner , however all steaks were delivered in the condition - well done. The steaks themselves were fairly tender however the only way to describe the taste and texture was best summed up by " tasted somewhat like processed meat". The baked potato and fries were acceptable however we didn't go there for the side dishes but for the steak. For the price of $120 a couple w/o tip the meal was very overpriced for the quality that was delivered. We don't anticipate re visiting Shulas.
Good food. Service was ok. Went there to celebrate a birthday, it wasn’t a busy night so we were able to relax and visit and not feel rushed.
Food seemed previously prepared. Ribs were really poor quality. Texas Roadhouse is 50 times better. Seemed like a typical in-hotel restaurant. Not worthy of Shula’s name
