   Awesome food option. All seafood are amazing and fresh. Great service. I would suggest maybe they can add a non-alcoholic package. (unless there is already and i am not informed about)

   We initially requested to be seated inside, however if the weather is good then would like to be transferred in the terrace. When we came they immediately placed us in the terrace since its full. The weather is hot and they don’t have blower/fan. We didn’t enjoy our meal to be honest. Scallops in the pasta’s soggy and frozen. Dimsum salty. My expectations were not meant considering that restaurant’s inside four seasons hotel. Sad that i will be coming back again next wednesday.

    It was a very nice evening, the food was outstanding as the service. Little complaints about the 2 pax sitting, the tables were too small and it was like 2 pers guests were not important as big tables. Only corners or end of the room available for us. Maybe changing the tables arrangement will be a plus

    Sadly this was not up to the usual Four Seasons/ Elements standard at all. Such a let down. We have been to many events held at Elements (brunch, dinner, happy hours etc) and they have all been exceptional. However, this 'evening brunch' experience (the Brazilian BBQ) fell way short of even an average hotel dining experience. We had guests with us who had never experienced an Elements brunch so we felt embarrassed that we had invited them. These are the main reasons: Service: *I had to ask several times for my wine glass to be refilled - waiter service was very slow and reluctant - despite the fact that we were sitting right beside the bar!! * The waiter told us that the drinks package included cocktails, then he handed us the BBQ menu and told us that none of the cocktails on the BBQ menus were actually available! No explanation given. Our table was booked for 19.30pm so surely you could not have already run out of all ingredients! Food: *Most of the food stations were empty whenever we visited them. *The majority of condiment bowls remained empty throughout the evening (eg Aioli). *The variety of food/ flavours was lacking. Tacos were half filled and tasteless. *The meat was cold even by the time we returned to the table with our food. Venue: *The food station layout was confusing and poorly planned. In one area we had to queue around other diners' table, which was awkward, rude and inconvenient for both us and them. *Far too noisy - we could barely hear each other. My ears are still ringing today. What a shame. One of my favourite venues too :( At least it was on the Entertainer. I would have far rather paid full price for better quality food and service however.

    I made a booking for Thursday night looking at their ala carte menu, they only serve Brazilian BBQ on Thursdays. Our night was spoiled. We had to move out & eat at Arabica’s in the lobby, so much for a fancy dinner. We paid exorbitant price for a below average dining experience. When I made the booking, nobody called me to convey that they’ll only serve Brazilian BBQ. If they had, I’d have cancelled my booking. The supervisor gave us complimentary dessert & a card… but unfortunately that didn’t make up for the lost night.

    5 star service was given by our server Ozzy and he recommended wines to be paired with our meal thats why it turned out excellent! Looking forward to having one of our dinner again in this restaurant

    Outside ambiance was fine but it was so noisy and light.. We tried inside but we couldn’t bear the food smell coming from the kitchen, could sit max 5 minutes… I can say the service was fine.. The restaurant seemed too casual for us as a dining experience.. Maybe better for a lunch..

    We went for the new summer BBQ brunch and it was absolutely fantastic! Every bite of food we had was delicious especially the sushi and the fried dumplings. We had the alcohol package and we were never without a drink. Our waiters were also recommending drinks for us to try. The waiters and waitresses were excellent.
