We had a great time at elements Bar and Grill the food was excellent and the service was stellar our server made sure to ask us many times throughout or meal if we needed anything and if we were enjoying our meal it was a wonderful experience thank you Elements for making our Kings Birthday weekend a memorable occasion 10/10 would come back again and recommend others to come in for a meal or drink.

Very disappointing visit to Elements. Arrived for our 8pm booking and were not seated until 8:15 as our table was not ready. We had to asked twice if someone could take our order and ended up waiting an hour an a half for our food and got served finally at 9:30. I have previously really enjoyed the food at Elements and told all my friends about it but this time it was very disappointing. The steak was dry and our mash was cold. I also ordered an extra side of mash which was forgotten about and brought out at 9:45 when I reminded the waiter. I was then charged an extra $14 for this. Overall very disappointing visit and will not be returning again. Very expensive for the value and service we received.

The waiter assigned to our table; Nico, was attentive and friendly. The drinks arrived very quickly after ordering. Nico kept us informed as to when our dinner would be served. It was busy but we did not wait long before our food was served. The food was delicious. Our party of four thoroughly enjoyed our night at Elements.

Johnny gave us the ultimate dining experience. Nothing was too hard for him and he went above and beyond for us.

Can not flaw it at all. Exceptional service from Nico .. he was friendly, made Perfect suggestions and made the night even more enjoyable. The food is amazing .. literally loved every dish and the ambience is beautiful.
