Went to Elements bar and grill for my 1st wedding anniversary and I have to say it was the best. My husband and I had an amazing time. We will definitely be back again

First time eating at this menu and the service was impeccable, food was catered to our needs as a group and the whole experience was a sheer delight, the waiter we had, Kaiani was very polite and welcoming towards us. Honestly loved our first experience here and definitely looking forward to our next visit.

My boyfriend & I had the tomahawk it was delish. The meat was so tender you don’t even need sauce with it. The service was great, staff really friendly. Would defo dine there again

We had the 3 course set lunch menu. The servings were large and quite delicious. The tiramisu was to die for. Love the ambience and the water views of Walsh Bay

"Wow, this Wagyu beef Burger is absolute perfection! 🥩 The tender, juicy beef melts in your mouth, and the flavors are incredibly rich. The bun is soft and fresh, and the toppings add just the right touch. 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

I wanted to take a moment to share both our appreciation and a concern following our recent visit to Elements Bar and Grill Walsh Bay. Firstly, I would like to express how much we enjoyed the food today—it was absolutely perfect, and we’d rate it a solid 5/5. We truly had a wonderful time enjoying the dishes you prepared, and that aspect of our visit was exceptional. However, there was one aspect of our experience that left us very disappointed and prompted us to address the matter with both this email and a Google review. As today was my wife’s birthday, I made a reservation well in advance and specifically requested a table by the window. When we arrived, I spoke to a gentleman with a bun hairstyle and light-colored suit about our request, and he informed me that the restaurant was fully booked. I want to emphasize that we were not walk-in guests, and I had hoped that our reservation would be honored. He offered us a table outside, but given the cold weather, we preferred to stay indoors. He then led us to a very small two-person table, and when I expressed concern about the limited space given the number of dishes we planned to order, he seemed impatient. We were then moved to a table at the back, where there were already unused cups and plates on the table. The remaining plates were left in a disorganized manner, and unfortunately, the staff didn’t offer any explanation or apology. We were shocked, as this is a highly regarded restaurant, and such a lack of professionalism at the front desk or with a manager was quite unexpected. The service was not up to the standard we had anticipated, and we left feeling very dissatisfied with how we were treated. I wanted to bring this to your attention, as it marred what could have been a perfect experience. We hope this feedback can help improve the quality of service moving forward.
