   Amazing food paired with a amazing service. We went with the “let us cook for you” and allowed our server to take care of the selections for our meal. His choices were amazing and created a beautiful dining experience for us!

   Go environment price is expensive but cheap right now. Will get more expensive with time.

   Fantastic cocktails, service and food. Looking forward to going again when there is another menu change. Best brussel sprouts I’ve ever had hands down.

   The food is terrible! It has a strong herbal and spice taste! The dessert is simply "dark cuisine" and is hard to swallow~

   Our server went above and beyond! He got us extra chips for the venison tartare before we had a chance to ask. The Dungeness crab toast was packed with flavor; the gnocchi texture was light and fluffy, and we loved the sauce - it wasn't rich at all, which suites our preference. It was exactly to their description, "spring". It didn't leave us feeling bloated or full, like other gnocchi dishes typically do. The brussels sprouts was a great side dish, and they managed to add their own twist, which we enjoyed. We were surprised with 2 desserts, one was a birthday cake and the other was the chicago popcorn dessert which left us drooling. The drinks were great and unique. Lovely ambiance. Would return and recommend highly to others!

   The service was very good. Every waiter helped me patiently. The bartender is really amazing. The cocktails are wonderful

   This is my new favourite restaurant in Vancouver! Exceptional service, divine food, a beautiful space and overall a wonderful dining experience. Can’t wait to return!

   Another great dinner. What an amazing bartender guest collab with Rayo from Mexico! I chose a some of the special features for tonight and they were amazing!

   We had another great experience at Elem , great delicious food , exceptional service . This time I took couple of my friends , they said they will go back again. My suggestion is do “let us cook for you “ option and you will be surprised with the exceptional tastes you have not experienced in other restaurants .

    The food was absolutely amazing and will have to go back to try the ones we didn’t get to. The staff was very attentive and very accommodating. We also got a tour of the restaurant which was a very nice introduction.
