Happy Hour: Monday - Friday, 3 - 6 p.m & 8 to close Guests can enjoy $3 off draft beer, craft cocktails, wine by the glass, pizza and starters inside Electric Pickle’s sprawling two-story indoor-outdoor restaurant or while rallying on the courts, unwinding by the fire pits, or getting competitive with bocce ball and lawn games. Standout happy hour bites include the Truffle Bacon Mashed Pizza, topped with creamy truffle cheese sauce, crispy bacon and scallions, and the Hot Honey & Sausage Pizza, featuring Bianco DiNapoli sauce, sweet Italian sausage, Fresno peppers and a drizzle of hot honey. Guests can sip on bold, creative cocktails like the Pickle Martini, a briny twist on a classic with Tanqueray gin, pickle juice and kosher dill or the Electric Jalapeño Watermelon Margarita, a spicy-sweet mix of el Jimador Blanco Tequila, watermelon juice, lime juice, agave nectar, chamoy and citrus jalapeño rim. For a crisp and refreshing sip, the Setting Sun Sangria blends Drylands Sauvignon Blanc, Ruffino Prosecco, JuneShine P.O.G. Kombucha and peach juice for a tropical, effervescent finish.
