   I’ve been to electric diner multiple times and it seems when they have a high volume of people in the restaurant, they don’t have enough staff. I still love this place and I really enjoy the food but I almost left after waiting 20 mins until someone finally asked me what I would like to drink.

   Our service was terrible sadly. Took over an hour to get our food. Our waitress wasn’t good at all. Seemed uninterested and very bored when serving the table. Nobody came to check on us or our food. Overall not a great experience here. We wouldn’t go back. It’s not worth it.

   Hi Victoria- with the craziness of Mother's Day, I assure you your server was not bored, but exhausted. Everyone has been working around the clock, and with how busy we were, food was taking much longer than usual. This is not normal, but simply the fact that Mother's Day was super busy and we wanted to ensure everyone was served. We think you should give us another shot on a day that isn't a holiday or a special occasion. All the best!

   Great seating. Friendly staff. Food was very good. Service just a little slow, but the place was packed owing to it being Mother's Day. Overall, a pleasant experience... we would come back.

   The food was not good. Just ok. We won’t be back. Pretty disappointing as I had heard decent things. We always waited a long time to get served. Don’t recommend going.

   Our family of 10 went for Mother’s Day brunch, we all loved the unique options on the menu, and the food was delicious! Waitress was very attentive! Can’t wait to go back!!

   We used to love electric diner but this unfortunately wasn’t a positive experience. It took a long time to order and be served (expected some slowdowns because it was Mother’s Day but this was quite slow). Orders were missing items, food was not warm, and deep fried items tasted of older fryer oil. Our server had a huge section, so it was very hard to find her when things like order corrections were needed. We’ll give it another shot on a less busy day but it was not the experience we were hoping for with Mom.

   Hi Emma- We hope based on your previous experiences, and knowing what kind of day today was, that you would give us another shot. We were terribly busy on Mother's Day- busier than we could have ever anticipated. The deep frier oil is changed very frequently, I assure you. I'm sorry items were missed- I hope they rectified things for you. Food not warm is super surprising as we have heat lamps! This should never happen. We hope your previous experiences outweigh this one and hope to see you again.

    Thank you Erika for being so accommodating to our reservation that just kept on growing! Your team handled our little hungry dancers and their dance moms with patience and grace and gave my daughter a 9th birthday that she will forever remember!! Thank you! Food was great! Service great! Atmosphere exactly what we were looking for!!!
