Elastika is a contemporary restaurant anchoring the first floor of the landmark Moore building in the heart of the Miami Design District. It offers a Mediterranean approach to modern American cuisine.

Chef Fabiana Hernandez was amazing!!! Every dish was delicious. Preparation, taste and presentation. High quality of ingredients and food. Organic food!!! 100% recommended! Come and taste the menu everything was terrific. Thanks you Chef Fabiana to put the food into the next level!!!

I absolutely loved my experience here at Elastika. I was here with my girlfriend on a Thursday night and I think this is one of the most impressive and personal restaurant experiences I have had. The service was outstanding, specifically with AJ. He was a very bubbly and charismatic server. Definitely someone I would recommend and come back to. Everyone here not only showed their appreciation for our dining but the food and ambiance was impressive in itself. I would definitely recommend dining here and must say being dined by AJ creates the most perfect experience. The food was phenomenal- We will be back!!!

La ensalada no era fresca, la comida en general muy regular y al final el postre tenía un pelo y el manejo de la situación fue mediocre, la cual no estuvo a la altura del lugar.

The interior design, quality of plates, silverware, glasses, napkins is outstanding. However I would not return: The menu has little choices, however the winelist does. Little choice if wines by the glass but lots of choices of very expensive wines. Not sure why you would order a $ 250 of wine if a. the menu doesn’t suggest pairings and b, the waiter does not even attempt to sell you a bottle? Menu portions are tiny, a breadbasket with 4 slices of bread is priced at $ 14. Butter presentation was very nice though. The melted cheese it came with tasted like the “ La Vache quit rit” cheese you can buy at the supermarket. The check includes a 21(!) % service charge and there was also a Tip line in addition on the final check. This should not be, or call it “additional tip” and disclose that a tip was already added. The atmosphere is nice and the acoustics are good, so even with lively chat around you and music you can have a conversation. Services was unpretentious and pleasant (no “my name is … and I will be your server “ A pleasant manager stopped by a few times to check on us which was nice. He explained us more about the whole Moore Building membership concept However overall the value for money is not there. I don’t mind spending good money but it has to be warranted.

I can’t say enough good things about the overall experience at Elastika! Wow, still thinking about that amazing chicken dish! The super nice and friendly service may be unparalleled in Miami. They also took great care of my dietary restrictions with a great attitude and a smile, for which I’m very grateful. Would love to see more options added to the menus. Can’t wait to come back!

To start, the restaurant was completely empty, yet it took 1.5 hours for us to receive our food—completely unacceptable. When it finally arrived, it was cold. Our server never checked on us during the wait; we had to flag her down ourselves. When we mentioned the delay and cold food, she chose to comp… the water. Water? We expected at least the food to be addressed. Still trying to salvage the experience, we ordered dessert—only to wait 30 minutes and then be told by the manager that the dessert we ordered doesn’t even exist. I then opted for the Banana Crisp, waited another 15 minutes (45 minutes total for dessert), and what arrived was a bowl of bananas soaked in syrup with a sprinkle of brown sugar—nothing crisp about it. It was inedible. We shared our disappointment with the manager, who initially argued with us before finally agreeing to comp most of the bill. I would not recommend this place. The service is well below average, the food is overpriced for the quality, and the fact that no one else was there should have been a red flag from the start. I will not be returning.
