Yiassou, and Welcome Home. This Is Elaia, the Olive Tree, the foundation from which we create. Here we invite you to dine with us and relax into the Greek way of living. Our food is uncomplicated, healthy, and pairs beautifully with our selection of Greek wines. Please come and experience the fruits of the Olive Tree as we do – with Love, Hospitality, and Gratitude for all it provides.
Our main dishes were excellent. The service and atmosphere were also fantastic. We ordered the tyri saganaki as an appetizer and it was not prepared well. The cheese is meant to be pan sautéed and is supposed to come out hot and melted. Ours was barely warm and was cutting like a cold piece of cheese.
Really lovely meal. Definitely will be back
Everything we chose on the menu was outstanding. Generous portions and great service - will be back again!
Food delicious. Portions large. Staff excellent, friendly, accommodating. Couldn't ask for more. If you are lucky to get prix fixe, exceptional value.
Great food. Friendly staff. Nice ambience.
Our 5 or 6th visit. From the moment you walk in you feel like you are entering a close friends home...
And gets better every course!
Excellent value for Restaurant week. Regular menu very good. Appetizers seem pricey. One of the better places I in Hamptons.
Went last week and was delightfully surprised how good it was, so we went back for restaurant week...The menu was terrific. We tried everything! Great ambiance. Warm and inviting.
We had a toddler with us and they got us a high chair and made everything very comfortable.
It is great that a great Greek restaurant made it out in the Hamtpons! The food is authentic, modern Greek cuisine and its and excellent! The owners, chef, and staff are all very friendly and the service is also great! We hosted a luncheon for our son's baptism and all of our guests loved the place and the food!
Wonderful east end Greek restaurant dined there during Long Island restaurant week the menu was limited but we really enjoyed our meal loved the massive list of Greek wines and really appreciated the background Greek music made our dinner that much more authentic service was on the ball and we had a really enjoyable evening out on the south fork
Food was okay but service was terrible
Delicious food ! Great service although overbooked at 7:30-8:00 pm
Very nice of the GM to offer drinks at the bar during our wait !
Best Greek food in Hamptons in a long time. The Arni Kleftiko is outstanding, as are the zucchini chips.
We had a wonderful meal here and will definitely be back. Authentic, but modern and creative Greek/ Mediterranean with an excellent wine selection. Signature lamb shank dish and grilled whole fish extraordinary. Very nice starter selection, suitable for sharing. Very friendly and professional service.
The food was absolutely delicious. Two of us shared the Greek salad and the black sea bass and were absolutely delighted.
Consistently excellent service, perfectly prepared dishes and a wonderful wine list.
We had a wonderful Greek dinner with terrific service!
This food was very overpriced and not worth it in quality at all. For example the Greek salad was $19 with poor quality tomatoes a few cucumbers, olives, and a tiny tiny piece of feta. All our tapas and entrees were disappointing. Positive good bread and a friendly waiter. We will not be going back
We celebrated my wife’s 60th birthday and it was great. The food was outstanding as usual. The service and hospitality was impeccable. Best food on Eastern Long Island hands down!
Prix fixe was an excellent deal. Food was delicious Service wasnt good. Slow, inattentive, had to ask for everything. Looked like our waiter had too many tables.
This is one of the (if not the) best restaurants in the Hamptons. The food (appetizer, entree and dessert) were excellent...well prepared and tasty. I would recommend a change in the printing of the menu. Each dish in printed in Greek in large lettering and in English in small (difficult to read) lettering. I would suggest switching the print sizes. Also the name of the restaurant is awkward and difficult to remember and pronounce. A better "hook" might be considered.
After seeing an ad in Our local paper, I made a reservation for a Sunday night to take advantage of their prix-fixe dinner. When we arrived, the man at the front podium barely acknowledged our arrival and unceremoniously led us to our table. No “hello”, no “welcome”, no “enjoy your dinner”. In fact, he was talking on his cell phone as he led us to our table.
We asked our server for the prix-fixe menu since it was not otherwise forthcoming. We were told that the prix-fixe menu was not available since it was a holiday weekend. There was nothing in the Dan’s Paper ad that mentioned this caveat (I checked again when I got home). The server, who was actually quite sympathetic, went to see if we could be accommodated. Unfortunately, the answer was NO. We got up and left.
It is not the money. We can afford to pay for a regular priced meal. It is the misleading, switch-and-bait tactics that are the problem.
We were there around the holidays. We had a wonderful meal. The services was great and hospitable. We will be back.
Such a wonderful restaurant that has delicious food. Good staff. Delightful place to spend an evening. Seating at tables or welcoming bar
No heat in room
We had a ladies night out for the first time at Elaia 's and everything was just perfect. Thank you !!!
First time visit very good. No crowd so conversation easy. Husband had lamb in parchment and loved it; I enjoyed a delicious moussaka which was not over salted as so many restaurant meals are. Service friendly and professional. Nice dessert list and we give high marks to some custard, whip cream concoction that had a base of shredded pastry...yes, shredded pastry which tasted like coconut. Would definitely return!
Terrible service. The server was loud and obnoxious.
Overall excellent. Waiter seemed a bit overwhelmed as it was busy during restaurant week. Had to ask for bread. Food was delicious and the place is a hidden gem.
Elvia Estiatorio has got it: a beautiful place, solid bar, impeccable, friendly service and a kitchen that rocks out marvelous Greek food. Like many of the Hampton fine dining establishments, it’s o the expensive side. But if you don’t mind spending at least $65 per person, for a full authentic Greek diner with drinks, we heartily recommend it. For a special evening, escape to the Greek Islands for a healthy, relaxing and wonderful evening out.
The restaurant was fine but the open table process was deceptive, annoying and will be a disincentive to booking restaurants that use it.
Short staffed. Slow service.
Lovely restaurant with very good food, with some excellent. Children friendly, very nice staff..would definitely go back.
Our 4th trip there...we’ll be back for sure. Always a warm welcome and delicious options.
While the food and service are good, they did not honor our reservation for 30 minutes. The owner thought it was not a problem that we had to wait for our table. We won’t be going back there.
A welcome addition to The Hamptons
Fine Greek Fare in a very nice setting
I’ve been here twice this summer and have not been disappointed. The food is excellent, very authentic (and I can say that as a Greek) but also somewhat inventive. Everything is excellent. The only negative thing I can say is that the music was a bit too loud.
Only issue was noise! Too loud in room to the left.
This was our Third Visit to the Restaurant and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. Good waiter, nice pour with our cocktails and a delicious meal. I had the Pork Chop which was cooked to perfection and was fantastic. I forgot, Great Tomato and Cucumber Feta salad
