Food was correct, service not that great. Dishes and silverware were removed even though we were not finished (we were still waiting for a dish to come). The guy kept cleaning up even though we told him we were not done. He still kept at it with a smile, maybe thinking we were joking? Very weird. We told our waiter, he apologies and then the guy came back to remove the dish we were waiting for and just received. We told him off and he just left without any apology...

Delicious. Possibly the best egg lemon chicken I’ve had. Top quality. Sort of expensive but not crazy high. Worth it that we paid a premium price and received premium food.

Always amazing delicious food at this place! I think it’s the best quality food in the region. I missed our fav waiter this time, which lessened the experience a bit. No wine advice / insight and the young waiter did not know his menu, or how to share it. That said it was a memorable meal as all of ours have been, dinners and lunches.

Our food was inconsistent for our party of 5. The lamb shank special was outstanding, but the lamb chops and seafood dishes were mediocre. In addition, there were several items on the menu that were not available and our server didn't mention that until we were ready to order. Unfortunately, the service was sub par. Overall disappointing experience for the price paid.

After only two visits so far this has quickly become one of my favorite restaurants. Service was great and the food was fantastic. I’ve also had an opportunity to sample Greek wine and beer. The Greek Syrah was very good.

We visited ahead of the usual dinner time crowd and consequently, things were pretty quiet (yay!). The menu offers many types of entrees. The seafood pasta was quite tasty, and although they were out of mussels, they added some additional shrimp and scallops. The whole Branzini was a knockout! Truly delicious. Oddly, the roasted eggplant dip came with nothing to dip into it (the pita came out prior to ordering anything else, so was long gone when the dip arrived), and the table water had a very off-putting metallic/chemical taste to it. Easy to park (two hours free!).

Really enjoyed our dining experience. Our server was wonderful and gave suggestions on what to eat. The plates were generous in size and all the food was tasty! I really liked starting with the halloumi and feta. The moussaka was really good, as was the lamb neck that had been slow roasted for 6 hours!

It is a fairly new restaurant so the decor is all new and shiny. The restaurant has a fresh and open vibe. All of the staff and managers/owners were really nice. We shared an entree and a couple of appetizers. The Octopus was delicious and the Halibut was fantastic. We also had a beet salad to balance the meal out. Just a really nice place. Great food and great atmosphere!

We went to Ela Mesa on a Saturday night with another couple. It wasn't empty but not crowded either. Not too loud. Food was amazing and we had a lovely night. I would highly recommend.

Excellent dining experience. The food was simply delicious. The server was great. Brough pita and more pita when he noticed we finished it. The restaurant wasn’t busy but we went early … before 6 and storms were looming in the area as well has half the town away for the 4th of July. If this venue was at Pike and Rose it would be packed at this time. This was the best chicken kabob I’ve had in ages at a restaurant d the veggies and rice were delicious and tasted homemade. My husband had the seafood pasta and said it was very good. We had no idea where this was but when we found it with GPS it’s across the street from the Bruster’s Ice Cream stand. The owner stopped by as well as and checked in our dining experience. Thumbs up to this venue.

We had live music while we ate our food. Everything was made fresh and very hot. It is a hidden gem neighborhood restaurant. They even gave a little cake to celebrate the birthday. I would highly recommend eating here. We can’t wait to come back again!!

What on earth can I possibly say? We got there, and the whole staff was super friendly and attentive to us. We made sure we came on an evening when there was live music. By the way, I have zero clue as to why all the negative reviews are about the live music? The whole point of going somewhere with live music is to hear it and expect volume. Anyways, We went there, got seated right away and they served us pretty quick. I ordered the salmon. My husband ordered the lamb which was a special of the day out of the waiter's recommendation. Both were just amazing flavors and cooked to perfection. Then we thought we wanted dessert but the Waiter recommended the coconut cake which had some sort of custard covered in cinnamon. It was absolutely perfect, especially for my husband's birthday. Their red and white sangria was just phenomenal for $9?! with real fruit in them too. The Music was also just the loveliest, we felt so fancy too. I recommend Ela Mesa Taste of Greece to anyone who wants amazingly cooked food.

This place was fantastic! What a gem! Three of us ordered, I had Greek lasagna, and my 2 companions both had fish-sea bass and salmon. We also had spanakopita as an appetizer-it was excellent! Dessert was a coconut cake that was to die for! Our waiter was wonderful, answered our questions and made recommendations. Rest room was spotless. Can’t wait to go back!

We were impressed. Simple, spare, easily-understood menu still offered variety. Real fresh food freshly made. Lightly seasoned roast lamb literally melted in our mouths. Moussaka, served oven-baked in a clay pot, met any Greek restaurant standard. Cheese and sardine appetizers were fine--with several other choices on the menu. Sitting at a cafe table outdoors in the late afternoon-- in the small shaded courtyard patio was comfortable. Servers were friendly and attentive.
