I made a reservation on open table for my friends birthday. There were r of us. We wanted to go dancing and eat dinner. When we walked in the restaurant they had no idea we made a reservation and the host was persistently repeating that there was a cover of 12$ a person that needed to be paid immediately before we could sit down. Then when we sat down, they made us give them a credit card before they would serve us drinks. Our appetizers came out with our meal. And that was the last straw. I asked for a manager and wanted an answer to why we were persistently being asked for money as if we were not going to pay our bill? He said the host was new. That is not an acceptable answer, he had not taken anyone elses credit card away from them and he had not forced them.to pay the 12 dollars a person before being seated. The manager tried to fix the situation but we were already beyond offended. The food was good. But that is all. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. P.S. our bill was 200$ and guess what.. WE PAID IT.....🙄🙄
