    I’m not a big eater so the fact you can only pay for all you can eat was a bit annoying. Our young waiter served us and was very polite and attentive. The food wasn’t that great although included typical Spanish tapas dishes. Great garlic bread tho!

    We were a party of four and arrived about 10 minutes early for our booking. This was not an issue. We were shown to our table straight away and the service provided by the staff was excellent. The restaurant is nicely furnished and is very clean and comfortable. The food was excellent and we were not disappointed. One of our choices wasn’t hot and we asked for it to be heated up. The waiter didn’t heat it up, but brought us a fresh dish. This is not the first time we have eaten at El Toro and it will not be the last. We will be back.

    We were a little bit rushed into ordering the first 3 tapas dishes by the older guy, so much so the complimentary bread arrived just seconds before the first dishes. The food was nice and tasty and served well. The liver that was ordered was taken back by a young waiter because it was apparently “not ready”and another one brought out which turned out to not be as nice as the first one. The virgin mojito was delicious. The dessert was ok but the lava cake was a little over done so there wasn’t much lava at all, this made it dry. The cost was £205 between 4 of us for the tapas, 2 drinks each and the desserts. Not sure it was worth this amount I’ve eaten nicer for less.

    We have been ignored after the 3rd round of food. At the end we left, because nobody came to our table anymore. Don’t call and charge as All you can eat if you stop serving food after 3 rounds of tapas. Not sure if we will go back.

    Excellent quality tapas all freshly prepared upon ordering, extensive menu to make your choices from. Staff are attentive, friendly and very helpful. We will be visiting again soon with no doubts.

    Sat upstairs which had a completely different feel to it. Music was far too loud. Next time will ask for a table downstairs
