Drinks were watered down and didn’t taste like anything Food was alright but they got our order wrong twice and each time it took a long time to let them know and fix it I know it was Mother’s Day but we barely got checked on at all and it was hard to get the servers attention For almost 300 dollars it wasn’t worth it at all

Was there for Mother’s Day brunch and was really bad. Had gone last year for Father’s Day and was a great experience . today was a big disappointment. Servers were stressed and we felt like we were bothering them if we sskef for something, Food was horrible They ran out of menudo and a lot of other entrees without replacing. Taco ladies were more concerned with making tortillas than serving the tacos. Carnitas meat tasted like they dumped the salt shaker in. Only good thing was the champagne and good whipped cream. Our server warmed to us eventually and that was nice. Also, made a reservation about a month ago but when we requested a table they said tables were reserved for those without reservations and if we wanted to sit in one our name would be added after the last on the list of those without reservations. Customer service was a fail.

Worst experience I’ve had dining somewhere. It was Mother’s Day so I understand it’s hectic, but we waited an hour with a reservation and there was no ac inside so everyone was miserable. Food was very bland and not worth $42. Couldn’t really order anything besides get the buffet since the service was bad as well. My party of 9 were all hangry and sweating buckets.

We had a reservation for 11:30, got to the restaurant at 10:50 so they could start getting our table ready, the people at the front desk kept telling us that we were next yet about 13-15 families went before us. Ended up seating us at 12:45 when they had already sat people that had reservations at 12,12:15 & 12:30. Super disorganized. Weren’t prepared for the amount of people, food kept on running out.

Very long line outside in the heat, umbrellas would have helped for the heat But overall service in the food was excellent, is well worth it.

The servers were very good! We enjoyed our time here and our food was good. One item did not have much seasoning on it (the steak fajitas) but other than that the rest of the food was good. But the service and the ambiance is what I most enjoy and like coming to this location for.

When I made the reservation I specifically requested a high top table knowing that they were in the Cantina. When we arrived we were told that they didn’t take reservations for the Cantina. We found a table there without any chairs. When we asked for chairs we were told they were removing chairs and tables for a dance floor and live music. We waited until a couple were leaving and they gave us their table. About half way through our dinner they started moving tables and chairs around and started seating people!! No live music and the DJ in the other room wasn’t even playing Mexican songs for Cinco de Mayo. The management was so disorganized and disrespectful. We have been eating there since they opened. This was the most disappointing experience we have ever had there.

Service inside the restaurant was great. Our waitress was attentive, and the buffet was well tended. They booked more people than they could handle for Easter brunch, though, and the hostesses were out of their depth. We weren’t taken to a table until 30 minutes after our reservation time.
