Excellent service, always accomodating to your requests. Alejandra best server ever!! Food always good and delicious and Sunday Brunch best value anywhere, my absolute faavorite place to go for brunch. Cant beat the cost anywhere.!!!!

Nothing was terribly bad, but nothing was spectacular either. All of our food was room temperature and not warm. The server had a large section, was friendly, but rarely checked on us and we waved her down whenever we needed something. The tables were rough and old, the booth seats had major tears in them, it just looked like they hadn't done any maintenance in about 15 years.

Nachos were not very good. Tough and hard to chew. Orders for our group were very mixed up and took a long time to get right. Very noisy where we were seated. Finally management asked the noisy group to leave the restaurant.

Server was very nice but not as attentive as should have been for a party of 15 … After brunch we decided to try and go over to the bar but the assistant manager came over trying to make it seem like had been served to much alcohol and saying that he was scared for us. I feel he just wanted us to leave because our party was big. We definitely experienced discrimination. Will never go back

Our waitress was very good. Even though sge had two other large parties. She managed to keep up with everything anyone needed. Our waitress didn't get much support from any of her other Co workers, she was the bus boy at the end.

Worst service and food I’ve ever had there. Unfortunately we had a reservation at 1:45pm , but didn’t get sat until about 2pm. That wasn’t the issue though. The issue is the service. We were given one little basket of chips for 5 people. Food took about an hour and 15 minutes to get. Yes, 1 hour and 15 minutes. When we filanlly received our food it wasn’t even hot. My husband ordered the flaming fajitas, and she couldn’t figure out the lighter so said oh well here you go. Will not be returning to this location.

Pretty good food, I had bottomless mimosas only that they were to strong sure was a sip at a time, noise level was very noisy couldn’t watch the game

Food was not good. Crunchy taco shell was STALE the chicken tamale had no masa and was drowned in a nasty salsa. I didn’t eat but one bite of everything on my plate asked my waitress to just remove my meal and she got an attitude I was being very polite I know she didn’t make the food. Definitely will not be back.

First off, our waitress was wonderful, but when we first arrived, hostesses were not very approachable…arriving with a reservation, we had to wait so they could find a table…they put us in the bar originally …asked for a different table since we were celebrating a birthday…sad part they never sang HBD, I even noted it in the reservation. What’s the point in reserving a table then?!

The Sunday Brunch is amazing. A little bit pricey, but overall is very good. We have great service every time we are there. We will definitely be back

Took me 2 hours to get cold food and water down drinks it was not busy put my son in the bar area while all others got to sit in the other areas will never go back

Food was amazing, restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. Tiffany our server was amazing, she made sure our day was fun and outstanding, she made sure all our needs were met before we left. Every time we go we will make sure we ask for her section

Made reservations for Mothers Day champagne brunch, when we arrived we were told the brunch was over, the hosted stated "now you know for next time, there will be NO NEXT TIME, when the reservations were made there was no mention of when brunch ended,

Food was excellent! There were several large parties when we were there so initially service was slow but improved greatly and overall the meal was excellent. I would definitely go again.

I got there with my party of( 6 ) 5 minutes before 1pm but we still had to wait about 10 minutes to get a table. We sat we order our drinks and food but got our drinks 35 minutes later and salsa and chips 40 mins later. It was almost 2pm and we still have not gotten our food and it was time to head back as we were all on our lunch time. We all decided to pay for our food since we need it to get back to the office to open up. I waited for our food and it was 2:25 and they still would not even give us our food. I went to our office and took all the staff our food but the food was all cold and tortillas were not even cooked all the way we all decided to throw our food away and missed our lunch for the day.

Customer service is very poor & unprofessional Last Friday we had a terrible Lunch experience at the el Torito on Stockton Took almost 30 minutes to be greated at our table and to order drinks and the restaurant was half empty. Food took forever. The table next to use arrived after we finally ordered drinks and they received food right away. Server never came back to check on us once food finally came out! Desert was look very messy and Missing ice cream Asked about that she said oh we are out of ice cream with no Sorry.

Great brunch a little pricey if you don’t have a big appetite but the bottomless mimosas make up for it! Also, if you are craving their churro pancakes and don’t see them at the different serving stations just ask your server they will bring them to your table again and again!

The manager of this El Toritos is excellent and runs a good clean place. It gets very busy for brunch but she gets right in there and serves and helps wherever is needed. Her hostesses are friendly and professional and have to deal with some difficult people sometimes but handle it with professionalism. I would go back again and again.

Went during Easter brunch, so it was packed. The crew was working very hard to keep up, but they were still very friendly and helpful. The food was also very tasty. Would definitely recommend and go back again.

Easter brunch was delicious, nothing different than any other brunch Sunday with the exception of the ham and tri-tip. Our server Tiffany was amazing and attentive. Plan on returning soon.

Terrible experience. We had a reservation and when arrived we were told the wait would be 45-60 minutes wait. We were offered a table in the bar area. The wait was long for placing order, for receiving food.

Every single time I have made a reservation here the experience has been great in my case....the food is adequate as best as you can get for a buffet style the service has been great every time we have been here and plan on returning.

Food was good, not great, but good. Service was also good, we really enjoyed the variety of food available. My only complain is the tortilla maker, or to be more clear the small skillet. The lady was making the tortillas, next time, get a real burner where she could actually make tortillas that cook quickly.

Food was good for price and drinks were great. Love their happy hour specials. We actually went for the valentines dinner. 3 course meal for 55 bucks was not bad at all. There was a lot of food for two people, so much, we had extra for breakfast. El Dueno (The Owner) margarita was delicious! The waiter was quick, respectful and attentive. El Torito also has a pretty good happy hour.

Terrible waiter, only cared about large parties. Pretended they didn’t have cranberry juice available, acted like they were out of pancakes even though it’s part of the buffet package. We spend money for what is offered, so bring us what we pay for! It wasn’t the blonde one that’s usually good, it was a black haired lady.

The sewer and/or plumbing must be broke, because the place smelled like a huge bathroom. The food was awful. Steak in fajitas was over cooked. The sweet corn cake was watery. We didn’t trust the water to drink, because of the assumed sewer or plumbing issue. The servers were good though.
