   Well we didn’t order our dinner until like 7:15 we had gotten there at 6. Asked for cold water I don’t know how many times and never got it for like 30 minutes. Overcharged me for a flight that was 18.00 and I got charged 22.00. Charged me for chicken that was included in what I ordered. One of my guest had to send her food back twice didn’t get any money off or comped for the inconvenience. Didn’t get a receipt we were just asked if we were paying with cash or card. We had to ask for a receipt and then that took about 20 min. I will never go back here at all. Food was good and so were the drinks but dining experience sucked. And because she already knew she was getting a tip she really didn’t pay us any attention. She waited on other tables and got their orders before she got ours, and we were there first. The owner came over to the table to check on us but he never brought us things we asked him for either. All and all I will never go here again. I would really like some of my money back for real. Thought it would be nice to be outside and listen to some music and kick back but nope.

   I love El Patron Tequileria. The food is fresh and the atmosphere is always comfortable. It is unfortunate that it isn’t more crowded considering the quality of the food. I am always pleased with the kindness and courtesy of the staff as well. This is a gem that more North East Ohio residents need to enjoy!

   We sat on the patio and it was beautiful. We were celebrating my daughter's college graduation and this is where she wanted to go for lunch. The server was polite, efficient and all of our orders were made correctly and everything tasted delicious.

   It was Cinqo de Mayo so they were wry busy and we had to wait about 15 minutes for our reservation, but the cabana was perfect for our group of 11 that included three young children. The staff was very accommodating and once the food started to arrive there was a lot of follow-up until everyone was served everything that was ordered. The entire staff was great to deal with even though they were extremely busy and everything was coming out at different times. We had a really good time and the food was very good!

   Maybe the noisiest restaurant I ever experienced. There was a special event going on but it wasn't special for me - just noisy and crowded. The food was unremarkable. The burrito that I ordered had a few shrimp but was extended with black beans. I like black beans but I ordered a shrimp burrito. Probably won't return.

    The service was phenomenal! We were checked on multiple times and given the option to order promptly. The tacos were amazing - wish the queso birria one had more cheese thought to seal it for dipping in consommé. The Al pastor, shrimp and vegetable tacos were great. The quesadilla was great but a little dry - however once we asked for sour cream it was amazing. We started our meal with the trio of guac, queso and salsa. Everything was great except the pico was very oniony without much other flavor. They have a large list of amazing margarita options!

    Excellent and authentic food. Polite and fast service. Noise level was so loud I had difficulty hearing the person next to me - terrible acoustics. Unfortunately the saxophone player only added to the problem.

    It was our first time there, and we'll definitely be back! There were great options for the carnivore and vegan at our table, and the service was friendly and efficient. The atmosphere was also casual but fun. I enjoyed the microgreens salad and a veggie burrito, and my daughter had three different street tacos. The guacamole was also excellent! Thank you!

    The food was amazing and authentic! My husband, who is Mexican-American, had the tacos de lengua (tongue) and nopal (cactus), both were outstanding and cooked to perfection - something that is difficult to do! I had the fruity Margarita flight and was pleasantly surprised. We will definitely be back!

    This was my first visit to El Patron with a group of coworkers. The team quickly and politely handled our large group, got menus, waters, etc. very quickly and checked on us frequently (we're not always greeted so kindly due to such a large group) . Our group only got apps and drinks and even with our big order, everything came out very fast and everything was delicious. Prices were a bit higher than expected but the drinks have a lot in them, the presentation is great, and they taste awesome so it's worth it.

    Ok so I loved the food so so much! The opening salsa is extraordinary! The chips are fresh and thin and perfectly salted! My vegetable burrito was a revelation. The pickled vegetables were a tribute to vinegar. If you don’t like vinegar they aren’t for you. I got the guacamole and it was a tad bland but fresh and creamy. I will crave the salsa and burrito until the next time!! The space itself could use a very good scrubbing. It’s a bit dingy. I went often several years ago when it was Nuevo and it has not been upgraded and maintained quite well enough. Our server was a delightful woman but not the most fantastic at service. So I give it a four in some areas that need to improve but one of those was not the food that I had.

    We had tried to get in to this place a few years ago before COVID and we unable to get a table walking in. We used open table this time and had no issue! Live Holiday music by an excellent saxophonist! The table salsa for the chips was on the hot side which I loved personally but the two ladies with me couldn’t handle the heat. Unfortunately they did not have a mild or moderate salsa heat! After talking with several of the servers about the food … they all described as having been made with habanero! We all got a different flight of margaritas. One classic, another Fruity & mine the spicy! The spice used in my margaritas, habanero! Yes … very hot drinks with a salt rim. I typical finish my drinks but these were just too hot! … and I like HOT! I got the salmon tacos which came with rice and mango salsa with a habanero sauce on the side! It was very tasty! I was warned the sauce was very hot tonight … yep! The bar atmosphere was great but loud do to the layout & builders materials! I personally would return with a buddy who likes hot & spicy. I think I would enjoy the roof patio during the summer!
